  Wow! What a wonderful experience. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. They had a great selection of new vehicles to choose from. I'd recommend this team 100%. Thank you Jesse and Sterling for the awesome service! Keep it up team.

  I truly hope that I have his name right, but I believe his name was Carlos. He helped us both when we picked up our car and when we dropped it off. He was absolutely incredible during what could have been such a stressful time. He was knowledgeable about the car options and protection we could choose from. His demeanor was very gentle and kind which is so nice to have while your car is in the shop after an accident. He kind of reminded me of Kylo Ren, but his customer service was definitely that of a hero. Thank you for being awesome! I also wanted to know that the other gentleman who gave us a ride back to our car was very kind and helpful as well. I do not recall his name, but we briefly chatted about how we both had lived in Las Vegas at some point. This location definitely has the best customer service I have ever received at any Enterprise.

  Carlos (New) and Sterling (Branch Manager) were great, they got me hooked up with the perfect car for my roadtrip. Great service, very professional, highly recommended.

  Great customer service by the whole staff! Sterling, the manager, made sure that I was satisfied with the car I received and was super easy to work with when I needed to extend the rental time. I will definitely be renting a car there again.

  Dito experience from Mark.!! Never go anywhere else. Helped me while I was on the road because I was new at newer cars and knew little about buttons and I would call them to tell me where things were. So funny !
