  I was extremely dissatisfied with the experience at Enterprise car sales. I did my due diligence in filling out the online form for a Chrysler Pacifica I was interested in. I was only interested in this one particular vehicle. I entered all necessary values in order to get the paperwork going. I got a call from the sales rep at the Tustin location asking for me to come in. Rep had no idea what vehicle I was interested in despite me filling out the online paperwork. I end up meeting with the sales rep to discuss the one car I wanted. I'm straight forward with only wanting this vehicle and no other one. The rep brings over the manager to let me know that the vehicle is on hold with a different buyer who is more than likely going to buy it. This information could have been told to me prior to driving down and wasting my time meeting. I walk away as I was only interested in the one vehicle. Later that afternoon, same day, the rep apologizes and lets me know that the other person never went through with the sale. At this point, I'm wondering if there was even ever another buyer. Poor customer service and even worst sales tactic. I call over to Enterprise Huntington Beach location to work with them instead. They were willing to work with me but wanted me to finance with their banks after I said I was already approved with Navy Federal. All I needed was the out the door price to get the check over to them. Pretty simple. Apparently not, they wanted me to work with their financing. Ultimately, I purchased a vehicle on Carvana.

  By far, the best and most helpful Car sales i have been with for a very long time. I would like to give a HUGE THANKS to NICK (Nicholas Enriquez) The best salesman i ran across, very knowledgeable, & very understandable on what i needed and was looking for. I been using a rental with Enterprise for a whole year and i needed a car with my name on it. Nick confidence was able to guide me thru and help me get what needed to be done to walk away with a lease. He gave me the best car that was similiar to what i wanted and me & my little family is happy with it. So thank you Enterprise Car Sales in Orange and to the staff. Ask for Nick!

  Joana was great she really helped me out. She is very hospitable and deserves a raise she was the hero for the day I needed a car and she made the process extremely easy and the fastest process i will be recommending it to my family and friends when looking for a car

  After 3 nightmare months of searching for a vehicle, and probably 10 dealerships I can honestly say the experience we had through Enterprise was entirely different and refreshing. The customer service was far superior. No games, no hassels, patient and thorough. We are thrilled with our purchase and I can't imagine ever buying a car from anywhere else ever again. Everyone I ever meet looking to buy will be hearing from me to go to Enterprise.
