  I needed to buy a used car quickly and knew I wanted a Honda fit. Through an Enterprise ad on the internet I found a Honda Fit at their location in Orange. Perla showed me the car, no pressure, took it for a test drive and knew it was the car for me-great condition, fantastic price, absolutely no pressure from Enterprise. The paperwork for purchase was clear with no surprises. I would recommend that if you're in the market for a used car, check out the cars at Enterprise.

  Simply amazing great customer service to where they are here for you. They listen calmly you don't feel rushed. Luis at Orange is the best. I highly recommend all to go and experience getting your car from Enterprise.

  I am very disappointed with my experience at Enterprise Car Sales in Orange, CA. I agreed to purchase a specific vehicle, but about a week later I was given a different car with approximately 5,000 more miles and in worse condition. This was never properly explained or justified. Shortly after receiving the vehicle, the air conditioning stopped working. I have contacted them to resolve this issue, but they have not provided a solution or taken responsibility. This situation feels unfair and misleading. I trusted this company to be transparent and provide a reliable vehicle, but that was not my experience. I would not recommend this location based on how my case has been handled.
