  I truly enjoy coming to Volvo Ontario for all my service and maintenance needs. Ivan is always the representative who ensures all details are surpassed and expectations are fulfilled. Ivan was able to offer a loaner car meanwhile I had my car completed, no down time or anything and always go the extra mile for his customers.

  The service department, specifically Matthew goes above and beyond at Volvo Ontario! Always getting me into a loaner vehicle, preforming maintenance quickly, while having a comfortable waiting area. If you ever need service, please book with Matthew—he’ll treat you like family and will make sure you get the service you deserve!! Highly recommend Volvo Ontario and we will be returning for sales and service!

  I love Volvo of Ontario. I bought my first Volvo about 6 years ago and take it to Ontario for service and maintenance. The whole team there is fantastic and I love how the Volvo brand delivers in comfort, quality, and safety. So when it was time to get a new vehicle, I knew it had to be with the team at Volvo Ontario. Tim and Alex were awesome! They listened to what I wanted and what was important to me and didn’t try to sell me anything different. Alex stayed in communication with me via text and when needed via calls. Everything was handled virtually as they valued my time and schedule. I got the car and payment I wanted, and they took my 2012 C70 as a trade in. They also delivered my car to me, took my trade, and I signed everything in the comfort of my home. Talk about true customer service and above and beyond! Thank you!

  I just purchased my first Volvo here and had a very pleasant experience. My salesperson was Alex, who was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and patient throughout the entire process. I felt at ease talking with him and asking whatever questions that came to mind. I felt that he was being very honest and not too pushy. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to a family member or friend looking to purchase a Volvo of their own.

  had a negative experience at Ontario Volvo. They sold me the extended warranty called the Platinum Volvo warranty which is actually a 3rd party fidelity warranty. During a service they made a number of maintenance suggestions which would have totaled over 3000 dollars. One of the items was the timing belt which was covered under the contract on page two. The Volvo representative was adamant that it wasn’t covered under the contract. I asked them to call Fidelity at which time the Fidelity rep said that it was in fact covered. The Volvo rep was upset that he was wrong and said, “anything to save money.” I brought my car in on a Wednesday afternoon and the next next Monday, 12 days later, they called me to let me know that Fidelity wasn’t going to the repair timing belt because it wasn’t broken. They had my car for 12 days. That’s not good service. From Volvo to Fidelity, they fought me through the entire process. And one of the items that they agreed to fix under the auspices of the warranty, they didn’t fix it because they said they didn’t have the part. And that was after 12 days. I paid over two-thousand dollars for that warranty. I didn’t buy it just to waste money. I paid for a warranty service and they did not fulfill their end of the agreement which was precisely specified in the contract. If the timing belt breaks it can destroy the entire engine. Stay away from Fidelity car warranties. The company is unethical as is Ontario Volvo. They are both fraudulent. Do not buy the Volvo platinum warranty and do not use the Ontario Volvo service. They had my car for 12 days and did not fix the issue and were implicit in selling this fraudulent warranty with the Volvo name on it.
