  I brought my 2018 Mercedes-Benz E400 convertible into Volvo Cars Ontario for a simple warranty inspection, and what followed was the most unprofessional and bizarre experience I have ever had at a dealership. The staff who initiated the process, Mike and Matthew, completely pulled a Houdini act and disappeared the moment a basic question was asked. All I requested was the visual inspection checklist that they supposedly performed. They connected an undisclosed scanner to my car, which caused my software to go into a constant loop—this happened right after the car had just returned from a flawless inspection at a Mercedes dealership the day prior. When I repeatedly asked for the documentation showing what they actually did to my car, they flat-out refused to provide it. Enter Alex Silva, the Service Director. He is, in my opinion, the most incompetent person I have ever dealt with in this industry. Instead of simply providing the checklist, he sent me a series of entirely incoherent, poorly written emails. He clearly takes absolutely no responsibility for his job or his department. To make matters worse, because I held them accountable and continued requesting the paperwork I was entitled to, Alex actually emailed me to claim I was "harassing" them. Asking a service department for a record of what they plugged into your vehicle is not harassment; it is a basic consumer right. If you value your vehicle and expect basic transparency, stay far away from Volvo Cars Ontario. The staff disappears when there’s an issue, they refuse to provide basic documentation, and the Service Director would rather accuse a customer of harassment than simply do his

  I had a great experience. This was my first time buying a car as a new driver. Alex was very patient throughout the process. I also mentioned I live in West LA and was not comfortable driving the car back myself yet, and they were willing to help provide a solution. Though I ended up not using that option, I really appreciated their support.

  Took the 2019 Volvo XC 40 in for a On Call Service light on the dashboard and to have them check the brakes. There were no Check engine lights, the car has 77k and has been maintained. What we received was an estimate for over $10k for CRITICAL repairs. We also received an offer from their Sales department to buy our sought after car, for $15,000 before the repairs and $16,000 after the repairs. We declined the work and traded the car the same day for a newer more reliable brand. Very disappointed in Volvo

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience at Volvo Cars Ontario! The staff was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. They made everything smooth and stress-free, answered all my questions with patience, and provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. Their honesty, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. Highly recommend Volvo Cars Ontario for a premium and enjoyable car-buying experience!

  Fabien and Ivan are the best at Volvo!! I always appreciate how kind Fabien is when coming in for service. Ivan is great! I appreciate that he always gives me updates on my car, makes sure I have everything I need so that I can continue with my schedule and is transparent about what my car needs all while not pushing anything onto me and explaining anything I don’t understand. He even remembered that I had a job interview and asked me about it when I came in! The attention to detail and customer is wonderful and rare. They both have the greatest costumer service! Kind and welcoming. Fabian and Ivan are part of the reason that I will always have a Volvo (despite loving my xc40!) because of their customer service.
