  After going to the Riverside location on Arlington for years, I moved to Ontario and tried this location today. The guys who helped me were knowledgeable and not pushy. The only negative thing was the time, which was around 30 minutes (I got a tire rotation and transmission oil change on top of my regular oil change.) I'll be going back for sure.

  This place is not only convenient but the people are great. Everyone who came to my car explained what they were doing and were all very kind. The manager came to verify everything was done up to standard and Renee helped clear an inspection warning light that has been on for years! Awesome team work. Will be coming back for future oil changes.

  First time here! I was recommended by a friend. Let me just say, I came across the most amazing service. I think they had access to my vehicle history, or perhaps information based off my VIN and mileage. Regardless there was honesty and no forced pressure on additional services. However, recommended and honest services were offered., which I was aware of from previous maintenance at my vehicle dealership. From the front line of the employees to management, words can't express how great they ALL are. There is talent in their work flow. All employees were speaking respectfully and professionally. No cursing or crude joking. This is true teamwork. What an amazing group of people working together, definitely a blessing to have come here! I immediately noticed the great performance in my truck, and sadly I can't even compare this amazing service to my dealership. My truck is running like new, and I keep up with my scheduled maintenance. I think my Chevy dealership in Fontana needs some Valvoline training and good products for vehicle performance. Allie, thank you for you honesty and kindness, I appreciate your professional and excellent customer service skills.

  Been coming to this location for the past couple oil changes and it’s always been a great experience. They get the job done fast and they’re thorough about checking all their steps. Renee there is a great help, always positive, making sure everything is checked and is in good measure. 👍
