  I got there and I was the 4th car there. Naturally, all 3 bays were taken and I was lined up next. I waited 45 minutes to get my oil change while other cars that came after me were in and out. It wasn’t until it was my turn that they told me the car ahead of me was giving them issues. Nobody told me what was going on beforehand. The lady manager doesn’t do anything but walk around. She could have let me know and even perhaps moved me to the next bay to take care of me. I also had a $15 off coupon and when I told the person cashing me out, he said he would manually input the coupon instead of scanning the barcode. It wasn’t until I got home that I realized I, in fact, did not get my discount. So not only did I wait almost an hour for a 15 minutes oil change, I didn’t even get my discount from the coupon I had.

  I had the absolute worst oil change experience I’ve ever had in 2 decades at this location. 100% due to human error, they caused a leak that not only cost me a lot to fix but also became a costly clean up on my driveway. I know for a fact it was their fault because I later took my car to two other location and they both confirmed it. When I called them to inform them of my issue, not only was the technician rude, he also refused to take any accountability whatsoever. They were clearly way more interested in shifting blame and then actually fixing the problem that they caused. All together this Valvoline caused over $2000 in damages to my car and my property.

  Went here for the first time … Everybody was great did a trans fluid change …. Also an oil change …. Was not only transparent with everything and went above the service then most….. They also not only double checked there work they triple checked it …… My last service place I went forgot to put back my cover under my car ! Will that affect me no but still I expect and demand the job done right so I want all parts returned and placed back properly ….. These guys caught it let me know and informed me … Will I come back I will it’s a little out my way …… But I had a great service and I’ll return due to there treatment and pride they took In there job ….. 10/04/2026 Sunday Went in at 10am

  Although, the service was good, the working conditions of your employees was extremely poor. With temperatures hovering between 80 and 100 degrees, 2 fans over bays 1 and 2 are not sufficient. Bay 3 didn’t have a fan and the bay 2 fan was not oscillating, I’m not sure about bay 1. Yes, it was hot for me as well, but we the customers get to leave after 15-20 minutes. Valvoline, you are a large company and you need to treat your employees with more respect and safer working conditions. Thank you

  The staff were lifesavers. Had an urgent problem with my splash guard falling and dragging while on the freeway with my wife and daughter. I pulled off the nearest exit and slowly made my way to the nearest parking lot, which was directly in front of Valvoline. Two of their staff waved us into their bay. They helped us with no hesitation, and didn’t ask for anything in return. Awesome team with a genuine concern to help!
