  I always receive wonderful experience at the Archibald Ave location! I believe the assistant manager that was assisting me was Ethan. He is amazing! He is kind, respectful, helpful and detail oriented. 10 out of 10, I will be back!

  had an absolutely amazing experience Ali was my main girl helping me out throughout the process. It was my first time going to do this alone, so I had a few questions that she answered Quickly and efficiently. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend this Valvoline every time I’ve come here everyone’s always been super nice and Helpful

  Got an oil change when I needed it last min a couple months ago for my car. I usually do my own oil changes, but just needed it asap so I figured just this one time. I’m never bringing my car back after this experience. My car needed another oil change as it was due for one, so I did it myself this time. Couldn’t get my drain plug off for the life of me. What should’ve been a 45 minute job took me 2 hours to do an oil change which is absolutely insane. I’m not a newbie to wrenching on cars either, as I’ve done MANY oil changes and have done many other jobs apart from the basic maintenance needed for a car. I also knew it wasn't a strength related thing either. Saw some liquid around the drain plug and whoever tightened it.. used THREADLOCKER on my drain plug. When I finally got the drain plug off after 40 or so minutes, to which I had to use a breaker bar to be able to finally loosen it, there was NO drain plug gasket/o ring to be found ANYWHERE. They used threadlocker on the drain plug to stop it from leaking when that’s why you use an o ring. It’s not normal at ALL to use threadlocker on a plug. I was so worried that I was going to strip my drain plug, which can happen and hence why you also would never do that. Careless honestly in my opinion and I would not recommend AT ALL coming here. My bad for coming honestly because it was in a pinch but never coming to any valvoline store ever again and will stick by doing them on my own from now on. Would rate this 0 stars if I could. For over 100 bucks, this is asinine.

  I just had my oil change at Valvoline, and I have to say, I’m extremely impressed with the service! 👏🏼 The technician Javier was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. He checked all my fluids, tires, and everything else that needed attention, and took the time to explain everything to me. I also want to give a special shout-out to Alley the supervisor. She was professional, kind, informative, and made sure I felt taken care of. Great customer service from start to finish! I truly appreciate the professionalism and attention to detail. I’ll definitely be coming back to Valvoline! ⭐️👏🏼

  So with the economy the way it is I prefer to do my oil myself, but I needed my light bulb replaced (far more complicated matter than it should be in my fusion hybrid) but they had a reasonable price so got it done, they check my engine air filter (scary how dirty it was) and my cabin air filter (again hybrid engineers did not plan for owners to maintenance that on their own either) that was horribly diety and changes my oil I was back at my kids practice before his first water break (way faster than I could have done all this on my own) Did I mention I walked in 5 mins before closing And they were super pleasant professional and caring I’d like to shout out the Asst. manager Leo not only was he great but he ran a pleasant and efficient crew Thank you guys I will be back
