Outstanding Service! Absolutely fantastic experience at Valvoline! Jesse and Diego took excellent care of us from start to finish. The service was incredibly fast, efficient, thorough, and professional. We got a full synthetic oil change, a new air filter to help with fuel efficiency, and all our fluids topped off. They also checked our tires and had everything we needed in stock. What really impressed us was their attention to detail. They even identified a rear differential leak we weren’t aware of and recommended a local mechanic to help us get it taken care of. That kind of honesty and extra effort really makes a difference! We stopped in on a Sunday afternoon and were amazed at how quickly they got everything done without sacrificing quality. Jesse and Diego were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure our vehicle was in good shape. Five-star service all the way! Fast, friendly, professional, and extremely thorough. Highly recommend this Valvoline location, especially Jesse and Diego. We’ll definitely be back!

I had a great experience at Valvoline! The customer service was amazing, and the staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. They made the whole experience smooth and convenient. I’m especially happy that they have a location on Holt Avenue near my house, which makes it so much easier for me to stop by whenever I need an oil change or other car services. It’s always a plus to find a place that provides excellent customer service and is conveniently located. Highly recommend Valvoline, and I’ll definitely be coming back! 😊

Was recommend here. My priority was to get an oil change. I got my oil change, tire rotation, air filter replaced and transmission fluid replaced. They are friendly, and fast. Very good customer service. Thank you to Adrian, Dominic, Victor and Diego. Diego even made sure I had everything I needed before I left.

I have been coming to this specific location for a little over 2 years, once a month. I always use a coupon to save some money since I have to do an oil change every 3 to 5 weeks. They have new employees and I didn’t see anybody of the guys that usually help me. This time the guy that helped was a new face and didn’t scan my coupon. when I asked him if he had added the discount he said he did. I checked my receipt and there was no coupon scanned. I was disappointed at the fact that he lied to me. 😔 I will be taking my business somewhere else.
