I just did not catch his name, but I highly recommend this shop.
- AAAli Ahmad3 days ago1.0I’ve been coming here for years and change oil for all of my fleet cars until with excellent service from all until today I meet the new manager which thought it’s an amazing idea to throw my car outside and let me deal with it on my own when my battery was low. His name is Luis make sure to not deal with him

- PJPriti JainAug 23, 20261.0I don’t know if this is the right place but I think this is the one that is the right place on Mountain and Holt I believe well let me tell you that I will not ever go there again. I definitely would recommend them not doing cars that they can’t do because they told me that my Land Rover was just like a Ford and that it took the same filter oil filter and the same oil as a Ford and it doesn’t and my car is messed up now and I’m so mad about it not only that they charge me about $250 for them to break my car that I didn’t even need things done to. I’m so upset right now and I bet you that they won’t even post all the complaints because I seen all the complaints on the consumer website so I don’t know how they have a 5.0 on here that’s all lies big time

Price wise, I paid a little more and that was with a coupon and it didn't come with a car wash. However, the customer service was phenomenal. Luis and Diego were both so polite and friendly. They were very thorough on the inspection clearly explaining their findings to me. I appreciate how they communicated the recommended service to my car without making me feel like they were just trying to get more money out of me. Overall I felt they were very friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy and I will definitely be returning to this location.
