  What a team! Mr. Jose took immediate control of the interaction by providing me with all of my vehicles info and recommended services. Victor quickly and efficiently completed all of the services I selected with the help of Ramon. To no surprise the gentleman with the most energy and the biggest smile was Chase the shop manager. We’ll forever come back to this team.

  Look, the services offered at valvoline are pretty common services with many other service locations. What sets VIOC in Ontario apart is how friendly and committed to customer satisfaction they are. I had a full synthetic oil change and 2 front headlamp bulbs changed, with a coupon it was under $150.00. What’s remarkable about that is that every quote I received from local mechanics and Chevy dealers ranged 300-400+ to change the bulbs. (Which require opening up the front wheel well covers and digging around under the front of the car to change the bulbs-great job of making it virtually impossible to do regular maintenance on the traverse, but I digress) Valvoline charged me $10.00 per headlamp, and because they didn’t stock the bulbs, they recommended buying my own, (AutoZone $45 bucks) so the total for the headlamp repair: $65.00. I didn’t even leave the drivers seat. Every mechanic I spoke to had my car for 1/2 a day or more, in and out of VIOC under :50 minutes, including the wait time for them to service the car before me. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional, funny and very human experience. One tech even gave my 2 dogs some pets and little cookies! This team would have received 5/5 stars even without the amazing headlamp service, management take notice of this store, train your local new hires with this crew, their attitude and professionalism are what’s lacking in so many customer experiences these days! (I world in software customer success, so I understand the dynamic between customer and service provider, these folks did a great job by my measure!)

  Staff are nice and polite. The service was quick. No long wait at all. I was there for maybe 20 mins. More expensive than my usual oil change place but I don’t mind since it cuts a lot of the waiting game and the place I used to go to would ask me to bring my own oil filter.

  I’m always happy with the service at this location but the last few visits, including today, have exceeded my expectations. I was greeted right away as always even though they were very busy. I was given expected time they would get to me as there were a few cars ahead. The wait was less than what they anticipated. They walked me through every step of the process and suggested services. They addressed me by name and even though it was hot (and busy) they were friendly as always. I was able to use a coupon from my email so it kept all the services in my budget. I am really trying to keep my older truck for economic and sentimental reasons and feel like I get the best care and advice here. Jose the manager runs a great crew!
