  Customer service was excellent! Very helpful. Both pickup and return. Same goes for the ease of both picking up the car and returning it. Amazing!

  Our family rented a car today from National Car Rental at Ontario Airport. We rent from National regularly, but unfortunately today’s experience was very disappointing. The exit gate attendant, Maria, was rude, unprofessional, and lacked basic customer service skills. This was not an isolated incident—we have interacted with her several times in the past. We always make an effort to greet her and be polite, but she consistently ignores us and comes across as unfriendly. Normally, we would brush it off, but after experiencing the same behavior multiple times, I felt it was important to share our experience. We have always enjoyed renting from National, but interactions like this leave a negative impression and do not reflect the level of customer service we expect. I hope management addresses this issue so future customers receive the courteous and professional service they deserve.
