  I am leaving a review based on my experience with this location. I do not recommend this location currently May 2026. I hope this reaches management because there is a lot of room for improvement here. There needs to be a ton of training implemented on every level and hopefully they can reach the level of consistency needed for customers to feel okay spending money here. I would not ever rent at this location again and probably would not ever choose enterprise for any rental moving forward. Alright here we go: We booked a reservation for a truck, on the phone we were told we only needed a credit card for the deposit and that we could pay the rest with debit. This was actually why we went with enterprise since at the moment that was what would work for us $300 credit card deposit and debit for the actual payment. Day of reservation we get a call and AGAIN the person on the phone says yes you just need a credit card for the deposit the rest can be debit. We get there and they tell us no we don’t do that who told you that. So we end up giving them the phone number that they called us from and they came to the conclusion that the reservation department gave us misinformation. Not our fault at all. There was a separate customer that walked in after us that was told the same thing. So two separate customers were told they just needed a credit card with a $300 balance for a deposit to rent a vehicle. They end up calling the regional manager to escalate to help us and the other separate customer but all in all we could not get the rental that day and neither did the other customer. We had to change the reservation to another family member’s name to use a different credit card. They offered us 15% discount which I do appreciate but this was just so unnecessary if we would’ve gotten the correct information from the get go. The price on the reservation was around 450 we knew there would be a few extra charges, we went with the damage waiver and you know taxes, sure, so the price went up to the 700s. Well when I dropped off the truck they tell me the price is 953 I was tired and wanted to get out of there and paid it but then when I got the invoice I said wait a minute - why did it nearly double? So turns out they did not add any of our free miles that were originally part of the rental to the invoice so they charged me for every mile. He apologized and said he would refund it and I’d get it in 2-5 days. So if I wouldn’t have said anything they would’ve just let that slide. And yeah my mistake I should’ve asked him to go over the invoice before I inserted my card. It’s been over 5 days so I call and turns out the refund was never completed. Jesus Christ these people are so comfortable taking your money. Now they said I should get my refund in 24-48 hours. So you mean to tell me last week if it was completed correctly I would have had my refund within a day or two. Now it’s nearly 7 freaking days later and no refund has shown up. It will be closer to 9 days when I get the refund at this point. MANAGEMENT PLEASE GET THIS LOCATION TRAINED!! What’s going on man?? Maybe this company is so corporate that you guys just don’t care but that’s sad you should be proud to help customers and care that they get the best experience possible. Maybe I’m just speaking as a manager who cares about my own work and the customers I help. Maybe they could get paid more to care. Who knows. There’s a lot of gaps here. Please take this as an opportunity to improve for future customers. 2 stars for the discount and for having the truck ready when I did pick it up.
