  It's always good to have an amazing adventure driving in a reliable vehicle. SUV, or midsize truck, even a convertible car is available. Nothing like a California destination in the desert of Palm Springs. Joshua Trees.

  Arrived and team was efficient for morning rush. The vehicle initially selected wasn’t acceptable for my needs and they swiftly changed me into the right vehicle with zero issues. Always a great visit when renting from this location.

  This location Ontario Airport CA sucks so bad. I had a horrible experience. The manager Tammy especially was so rude and inconsiderate. She doesnt know what is going on. They wrote me up for a car and I go get into the car and someone else was in there said they rented to him. We were both confused. Got into a car finally and no one else was inside so that was good. Then I had to come back the next day for a bigger vehicle because at the time they didnt have the one that i paid for. At that time Tammy writes us up and we go all the way to the booth only to find out we weren't even in the system. 🤦🏽‍♂️ i told him Tammy wrote us up. Here's a little scrap note she scribbled on, dont know if you need that. Even he was apologetic and said I dont even understand Tammy myself. I dont even know how she got into the manager position there. Her level of customer service is a zero. Don't come here! Not all enterprises suck, ive had a wonderful experience elsewhere but not this one, ZERO stars.

  We had an emergency situation on June 15 and we’re desperately were looking to rent a car after business hours. Through God‘s goodness we were able to book one online from enterprise, a trusted company we had rented from in the past. we checked in with your representative Kayla, who immediately processed our request. Your representative Bree got me into the rental car immediately and miss Pat completed the rental service upon my exit. Within an hour of obtaining the rental car, We were very blessed in that the emergency was contained and the rental vehicle was no longer needed. We returned to Ontario airport to return the vehicle to the Enterprise office. We were again blessed to be able to speak to William who checked us in and referred us to Joe the supervisor regarding our situation. Joe immediately went into action. Once he was explained our situation within 15 minutes we were able to obtain a refund and only had to pay a portion of the rental of the vehicle. We will forever be grateful to all of your staff who took excellent care of us, including Jorge, who was very supportive of Joe while working on our situation. Please accept our gratitude; we will gratefully continue to patronize Enterprise and share our story with others so that they can know that Enterprise will always have their back under any circumstances.

  I came because I needed a car switch out. The Van that was given had mechanical issues. Went to desk first and explained what was going on he said not a problem go to the back they’ll switch it out. Didn’t check inventory nothing. Drove to the back just to be waiting long periods of time to be told cannot switch out at this time because they are sold out. I asked them if they could help calling around to find somewhere another location I can switch out they said no. There job is not to help call around I would have to do that on my own. I explained I didn’t feel safe driving in this Van due to having kids in it and they just honestly didn’t care. They also didn’t want to help resolve anything give me options on when something would be available. They just wanted to rush me out the lot so they can help others. They kept saying nothing is available and they said I should go to a mom/pop shop or jiffy lube to get it looked at. Very very confusing to tell me go to a shop to get a rental car from their company looked at and get a receipt so when I return it they can refund me for whatever work is done. 🫤 The employee assisting looked Indian didn’t catch his name and the mgr was Ernie. Empathy should be shown in this line of work. I understand if nothing was available but not showing any sign of care for a paying customer or even showing an ounce of wanting to help your customer is what is sad. Sometimes it’s honestly not what you say but how you say it. These employees just didn’t care at all. But quick to take your payment/deposit. Do not come here ANYONE!!!!
