  My experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. The first vehicle I received was extremely dirty. There were crumbs everywhere, sticky liquid on the seats, and the vehicle smelled strongly of smoke. It was not in an acceptable condition for a rental vehicle. The second vehicle then broke down and had to be towed. The rental company arranged the tow and sent an Uber so I could pick up another vehicle. However, after arriving, I was told they could not locate the vehicle that had been towed. Apparently, the tow company they arranged never properly marked the vehicle as delivered. Instead of providing me with a replacement vehicle while they resolved the issue internally, I was told I had to wait until they figured out what happened. I have now been waiting for more than two hours because of a mistake between the rental company and the towing company they selected. Between receiving a filthy first vehicle, having the second vehicle break down, and now spending hours waiting because of an internal towing and tracking issue, this has been an incredibly frustrating experience. The entire process has been very disorganized, and the staff has done very little to minimize the inconvenience caused to me.

  I booked my rental car online, and when the car was brought out, it was smaller than I expected. Ray, the attendant, was extremely patient and took the time to show me several other options. He didn’t give up until he found the right car for me. I really appreciate his patience, understanding, and commitment to providing great customer service. Thank you, Ray, for making the experience a great one!

  Staff is awesome. Cars are clean and new, they have taken great care of me with a long term rental. If you need a rental, this is the place.

  Shady, shady! Be very careful! My first cat smelled like cat urine! Second car broke down, 3rd car eats gas every 3 days. I’m having to fill up, and I do not live far from work, maybe 10 minutes! The windshield wipers are falling off, and the AC vents close when the AC is on. However! That’s not the worst. They tried to blame me for damages to the 1st car that I had for 24 hours, drove to and from work, parked it in my own parking space, and took it back the very next day! Spoke to Tammy, the manager. She said everything was good. I didn’t need to do anything else. Two days later, they registered the car as being on their grounds and documented damages two days after I dropped it off! Take before-and-after pictures to protect yourself!

  This is an old packed down rental that we found 2 spiders in it. It smells like chemicals as if they sprayed it down with bug spray and windex. This vehicle has 26,900 plus miles and is not a newer vehicle . Enterprise classified this Dodge Durango as a Premium Crossover which it should not be. I booked more than 2 weeks advance. Enterprise gave me the absolute bottom of the barrel and I’m very disappointed. If there was an option for 0 stars or -1, I would’ve selected it. I’ve been an enterprise Rental Car member for about 20 years and used it for personal, travel, and work use in the states including Hawaii. I’ve always usually been treated kindly and fairly and most times, really all of the times I’ve been able to select the car of my preference. I feel like the ONT Enterprise location gave better cars to those who didn’t have a reservation or had just made a reservation and gave preference over a reservation that had been booked far enough in advance. I’m upset. I tried to upgrade. The cost was too high. They just gave me the worst and it stinks, has insects, is uncomfortable, doesn’t drive well, seems like the motor is straining when I accelerate. You truly dropped your standards on this reservation and I will most likely begin using another car rental company. I asked for other options, Sam at the desk told me there was a Pathfinder available and when I made it to the back to pick up the car there was no Pathfinder, basically the only vehicle was this old Dodge Durango that smells bad and is wobbly driving as if needs a wheel alignment, tire pressure needs adjustment. And to drive 25 miles and a quarter of a tank of gas is insane. I’m asking for management to contact me! Today!
