- FWFlorinda WilliamsJul 3, 20261.0Ruined my entire weekend. I’ve rented from Enterprise in Eastvale and because of the holiday and them being closed my pickup was transferred to this location. Everything is different. Deposit is 200 higher and all of a sudden my home address is a problem and I can only rent using a credit card. My address was the same when I rented the last car, I used my debit card and the car rental was included in the deposit! You’ve ruined my holiday and cost me a hotel cancellation fee. Never again.

- JTJulio TorresJun 19, 20261.0Manager Sean didn’t wanna rent me a car due to my address was out of area and since I didn’t have a credit card and was gonna use a debit card , also due to verification and I called the San Bernardino enterprise and they said I was verify with my number and I was ok to rent a car , even though I was out of their area and all I needed was to bring my license and debit card , Sean had a attitude as well , didn’t wanna help after I told him that I spoke to a different enterprise and they told me i was ok to rent a car

There was absolutley NO DAMAGE to the vehicle!! But your sales trip knew i had an early morning flight n I wouldn't return to your establishment in the morning, but I did!! THERE WAS ABSOLUTLEY NO DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE!! They would have ripped me off n filled a claim against me. This establishment can not be trusted with my business in the future. I wouldn't advise anyone to do business with this establishment either. They're very dishonest. One Sales Representative spoiled a perfectly good experience!! HE should loose his job over this for dishonesty!!!
