- RWRandy Wei2 days ago1.0Worst rental experience due to worst car for the value. I was provided $45/day for the rental for 30days from my car insurance. Enterprise give me no option, and just one car of Mitsubishi mirage that has windshield cracked, one out of 4 wheel cap was gone, another one was half gone hanging there. The car was full of dust and not cleaned before hand it to me… they have no intention to keep me basic satisfaction, all they said was sorry, this is the only car available…

Then when I arrived Sean was very efficient and amazing throughout him servicing me. This location does not feel like a rental facility, Sean and Ryan made this feel as if I was here to be served. Who ever is the management in this location please give these men a raise!!!!

When I arrived, I was told something completely different. The employee was also extremely rude and unprofessional, which made the experience even worse. I wasted my time and paid for an Uber to get there because I was given incorrect information over the phone. If your rental requirements are different, customers should be given the correct information before making the trip. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this rental company. I’ll be using Turo instead—the app is easier, the process is more convenient, and I’ve had a much better experience.
