  If I could leave no stars, I would. I was already unhappy when I received a dirty rental car from this location, but my husband and I were pressed for time and had to leave for Las Vegas, so we took the vehicle anyway. Things got even worse after we returned the car. My husband accidentally left his wallet inside the vehicle. We realized it the next morning, which means whoever cleaned or handled the car after return had access to it. My husband immediately went to the Alamo Ontario location the next day, around 8:00 a.m., and the staff told him the wallet was not there. I then filed a lost item claim online around 8:15 a.m. Strangely, at 3:30 p.m., we suddenly received a call saying the wallet had been "found." This entire experience felt dishonest and extremely unprofessional. Trying to contact the Ontario office was nearly impossible, and there is no direct corporate number to properly escalate concerns. The lack of accountability is unacceptable. Now I have to take time off work and return in person just to file a complaint. Horrible customer service from start to finish. I will NEVER rent from this location again, and I strongly suggest others avoid it as well. Alamo needs to hire employees with integrity and create a system where customers can actually hold locations accountable when issues happen. I am extremely disappointed. I will not return to this location!
