  West Coast Oceanside Automotive called me at the time of my appointment to tell me that they would not be able to take my car until Monday. Today is Thursday. Why make an. Appointment that you had no intentions of fulfilling in a timely manner for a headlight replacement.

  I cannot say enough good things about this repair shop. They have built a reputation for fixing the things other shops cannot, and after my experience, I understand why. From the beginning, their communication was excellent. When they encountered a roadblock during the diagnostic process, they did not simply stop or make assumptions. They contacted me, explained what they had found, asked for permission to continue investigating, and kept me informed every step of the way. What impressed me most was their honesty and professionalism. Once they identified the underlying issues, they presented multiple repair options and clearly explained the costs, benefits, and risks of each solution. Unfortunately, the repairs required would have cost more than what I originally paid for the used vehicle. Instead of pressuring me into an expensive repair, they gave me the information I needed to make the best decision for my situation. In the end, I chose not to proceed with the repairs and instead purchased another vehicle. Even though they did not get the repair job, they treated me with respect, transparency, and genuine concern for my best interests. If you are looking for a shop that is thorough, skilled, honest, and willing to tackle problems that others cannot solve, I highly recommend them. Their integrity alone has earned my trust and future business.

  Easy experience. My YouTube mechanic skills failed me and these gentlemen took great care of me and my truck. I Installed a new starter, new starter relay, new ignition - still no crank no start. They identified the starter I put in was bad, replaced it, and also took care of all my vibration issues and my truck now feels brand new! Would highly recommend.
