  Had a stuck diesel particulate sensor that I couldn’t get out, and was basically welded into its bung. Thought the nut was beyond mangled, so brought a new bung to Warner’s to have them weld it in since the other was a lost cause. They were able to get the old dead sensor out easily and even installed the new one quickly. 5/5 experience!

  I purchased a catalytic converter from this business, and it didn't even last a year and a half. I contacted Brett, the manager, and for almost two months he kept stringing me along, telling me he would find my original receipt and get back to me within 1–2 days. Each time, I waited and never received the follow-up I was promised. Brett repeatedly told me they would have to go through "a thousand receipts" to find mine. To me, that shows how unprofessional and unorganized this business is. A customer shouldn't have to wait almost two months because a business can't properly locate its own sales records. I would strongly recommend that people do not purchase a catalytic converter from this business. Based on my experience, they do not honor their warranties. What's the point of offering a warranty if, when there's a problem, the customer gets the runaround for months? I'm extremely disappointed with both the product and the customer service. I gave them plenty of time and multiple opportunities to resolve this, and nothing was done.

  Fantastic experience. I called regarding a busted catalytic converter and they were able to fit me in and replace the same day. The cost out the door was half what I was expecting to pay given the repairs needed. Highly recommend.

  Did something great for me. Put a hitch on my RX 350. Lexus told me for 5 years it couldn’t be done. Brett the mgr said he could and he did. The price for hitch was cheaper than Amazon. Labor was 75.00. Great people, great deal. Now I can enjoy my Lexus on vacation in Oregon.
