  The BEST SERVICE always at Valvoline shop in Oceanside. Eduardo did an absolutely OUTSTANDING job with all my car needs, all updates I need to do or be aware in the future, with a great costomer service, not just with fast oil change, but tires presure, resetting my odometer, checking of all my car's lights/signals. He went above and beyond with all details including a discount coupon of $10 off, too. And all service of my car was done under 15 minutes. FANTASTIC JOB! I will always come back to this Valvoline shop.

  Stopped by Valvoline for an oil change and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The team was professional, fast, and very friendly. They explained everything clearly, never pressured me into extra services, and got me back on the road quickly. It’s hard to find honest and efficient service these days, but this location definitely delivered. Highly recommend Valvoline for anyone looking for reliable car care and top-notch customer service!

  Would give zero stars if I could. Beyond disappointed with services and customer care! I came here to see whats wrong with my car and to get it fixed, they said it was the battery and replaced it.. that same day my car broke down AGAIN after they “fixed” it. Went to my old auto shop who said it wasn’t the battery at all there were leaks that needed replacement (Valvoline specifically said there were no leaks) my car is now being fixed by the other shop I went to return the battery since that wasn’t the issue and they won’t refund me now.. after their the ones who said I needed this when I didn’t! Wasted my money and now I have to spend more. Im pissed and won’t be coming or recommending.

  Super sick setup. I was in today for my first time. Price was reasonable at market value for an oil change. They offered additional stuff but weren't pushing about it. I took what I needed. They offered a quick education to help me understand the state of my vehicle. It wasn't stuffy at all - it was super helpful. Manager came by and did a quick QC to ensure I was covered before sending me off. For the last 7 years living in Oceanside I never had a single place I went to for my oil change. But I think this is my place now. I encourage people to try at least once.

  I was helped by a man named Adam and he was not only changing my oil but he explained thoroughly what could possibly help my car drive better, a good mechanic to go through for my issues, and was amazing with his customer service. Usually it’s just a change and go and not much communication but I really appreciated feeling like I wasn’t a burden or an inconvenience to their day and that I could come back and not feel scammed. As a woman, they made me feel comfortable in my decisions and respected my no’s.
