George(the owner) was kind enough over the phone to provide a quote and be able to squeeze me in the day of which I really appreciated because I couldn't afford to take a day off work. He was honest, transparent and accommodating even though I came in after work and they had to close in a bit. But George and his partner made it happen and I felt as a customer, valued and taken care of. As someone who knows nothing about cars, I felt as though they were honest, transparent and real with me on what I needed and didn't charge me an arm and leg. Other places I called needed the car for the whole day which would result in missing work or getting a rental car and were charging me 700+. So again a million thanks to the pinpoint crew. I will be back again for all my maintenance needs
