  These guys have integrity! I came in to fix a stuck window, they explained how long it would take and I decided to drive home instead but my battery had issues in their parking lot. They ran diagnostics on it and couldn't find anything wrong so they didn't charge me a dime, and they discovered that I had my window lock on! Really upstanding professionalism.

  The gentlemen were all welcoming and friendly. The smog service on my car was quick and efficient. I was out of there in less than 20 minutes. I was not expecting that at all honestly, but it was great service. I’ll be back for a few things I want done on my car soon! Thanks team.

  I recently took my 2010 Lexus in for an A/C repair, which ended up costing around $1,800. Johnny was kind enough to work with us and provide a reasonable discount, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, after picking up my vehicle, my check engine light came on. The light had not been on prior to dropping the vehicle off, so I had to return to the shop to have it checked and make sure there were no issues with the computer or any wiring/connectors that may have been disturbed during the repair. Johnny was able to get the check engine light turned off. However, I’m not sure whether the underlying issue was actually corrected or if the light was simply cleared. The following day, while driving to work on the freeway, several drivers were honking and signaling to let me know that something was hanging underneath my vehicle and scraping the ground. I pulled over and discovered that the engine splash shield was hanging down and had been secured with zip ties. This shield was not broken or hanging prior to the vehicle being serviced. At this point, I will need to have the splash shield repaired because I don’t feel comfortable or safe driving the vehicle in this condition. Unfortunately, because of my experience after the A/C repair, I no longer feel confident returning to the shop to have the issue addressed. I appreciate Johnny working with us on the price, but I also believe that when a vehicle is returned to a customer after repairs, it should be safe and properly secured. I hope the shop takes this feedback seriously and ensures that vehicles are thoroughly inspected before being returned to customers.
