  Staff was honest, accommodating, and nice. They indicated that they were having a supply issue for just the one day I needed to rent. But made an awesome effort to get me on the road. Thank you.

  Great experience. I really needed a car for a few hours and Andre, even though fully booked, made it happen! I appreciate him going out of his way to help me out. Way to help out your oside locals.

  Picked up the car with no fuel and filled myself. Car then broke down on the second day and it being a Sunday, the closest open Enterprise was 45mins away so a few hours of holiday was wasted sorting this. I must say thiugh that it was resolved very quickly and the service was brilliant!! I have had to raise a complaint to recover wasted fuel costs and compensation for precious wasted holiday time, which I am waiting to hear back about.

  If I could give them a 0 I would. They lost their car after I returned it, threw the whole responsibility on me to find their car, which they moved to another lot and then they charged me for the the whole time the car was at another lot.

  could pick it up. Upon return, everything went smoothly. I did a walk through with the agent and there was no damage in sight and the gas tank was returned full. It was not until 4 HOURS AFTER that I received a call from the same branch manager stating that there was damage to one of the side mirrors. She claimed that it was hanging off its hinge. There was absolutely NO DAMAGE done to the vehicle during my rental and there was no damage to the vehicle upon return. I find it extremely unprofessional that blame would be placed on me 4 hours after the return of the vehicle after a walkthrough had been performed and papers had been signed. If the mirror was hanging off the side of the vehicle the agent and myself would have seen this. Interesting to note that when I returned the car there was no parking available in super tight lot so I was told to leave the vehicle in the middle of the lot and they would re-park it once a spot was open. How am I to know that the mirror wasn't damaged by an employee trying to park the car once a spot emptied or otherwise? PLEASE BEWARE AND DO YOUR DILIGENCE BY TAKING VIDEOS AND PHOTOS. Do not just sign the papers and walk away!
