I paid $175 (before tax) for an interior detail and Gold Wash (included) before shipping my vehicle through the VPC (military). I was told it would take about 2 hours, and they offered to call me when it was finished. My family and I walked around and grabbed something to eat, then returned about 50 minutes later. After waiting another 15 minutes, I noticed no one was working on my vehicle, and one employee was simply posted on the front of it. When I asked if it was finished, an employee told me it was done and quickly because they had five guys working on it at the same time. While they did appear to shampoo the carpet, the rest of the interior detail was disappointing. It seemed like they applied a generous amount of shiny Armor All but didn’t spend enough time actually cleaning many areas first. After getting home, I found dirt and debris still in the center console, storage compartments, air vents, and several other areas that should have been cleaned during a professional detail. Water spots were also left on both sides of drivers and passengers side doors (4 doors) and some that came from some of the windows. I now have to go back and vacuum and clean parts of the interior myself before shipping the vehicle. The staff was friendly, but for $175, I expected a much more thorough interior detail. Based on my experience, I don’t feel the quality of work matched the price.
