  This is a very nice AutoZone location. They have everything you need. I came into this AutoZone on the 4th of July. I needed a new car battery. I was greeted by multiple employees asking if they could help me. I gave them the make and model of my car, and they showed me a couple of batteries that were available. I purchased the battery, and five minutes later I was greeted outside by Tyson. Tyson was friendly, and helpful. Tyson switched out the old battery with the new one in ten minutes or less. My car battery was not the easiest to access, but Tyson was a pro. Thank you Tyson for the great service. I would have been stranded otherwise on 4th of July.

  Mia was absolutely EXCEPTIONAL!! Went above and beyond to help me after my check engine light came on. She gave me all the info I needed and made me feel at ease. I purchased a set of spark plugs and a coil. She gave me the options of all the spark plugs without bias and had additional knowledge on Fords. I’ve never EVER had such flawless ideal customer service, at an Autopart store no less. If didn’t live an hour away, I’d come here EVERY TIME. Give this young lady a raise. God bless your team for making this crazy world a better place in your field. Car issues suck but thanks to people like you, it doesn’t have to suck so much.

  Great service and very helpful staff. Came in to get new wiper blades and Sandra figured out which ones I needed and then walked outside and help me install them. And also gave me a great lunch recommendation!

  Yesterday I went to the Auto Zone off El Camino Real in Oceanside, CA looking to purchase headlight bulbs for my car. After being treated very respectfully by Dan in a conversation earlier in the day, I was looking forward to going there. Dan wasn't in when I got there so I spoke with Morgan, the manager who provided me with thorough, knowledgeable, and straightforward, information so I could make a well-informed choice, which, as a woman, I always appreciate. Morgan explained benefit after benefit about what the store offers, then came the clincher: Tyson installed all four bulbs in the parking lot right then for FREE!...another service offered to customers. I saved $100.00 on that alone, plus got it checked off my endless list of things to do. Thank you to Morgan and her team for all your help and a great resource to come back to as the need arises.

  Just got my battery replaced, and it had a lot of corrosion as it had not been replaced in many years. Sandra helped me and stayed past the end of her shift to help get the new one in. She was very polite and easy to work with as she explained out to replace it and keep it running in the future. Exceptional customer service!
