  Outstanding Customer Service – Andrew C. Deserves Recognition! I can confidently say that Andrew C. at AutoZone represents everything customer service should be. It's rare these days to come across an employee who genuinely cares about helping customers, but Andrew goes above and beyond to make sure people leave feeling taken care of. What really sets Andrew apart is his professionalism, patience, and willingness to help. He doesn't make you feel like just another customer or another transaction. He treats you with respect, takes the time to understand what you need, and makes sure you're pointed in the right direction. His positive attitude and dedication to his work make an incredible difference. Employees like Andrew are the reason customers return to a business. He reflects extremely well on AutoZone, and management should recognize the value of having someone who demonstrates this level of customer service. Andrew C. is an absolute asset to the AutoZone team. If more businesses had employees with his work ethic, knowledge, and genuine commitment to helping others, exceptional customer service would be the standard rather than the exception. Five stars without hesitation. Thank you, Andrew, for setting the bar so high!

  My husband’s truck battery died. He needed his battery charged and they refused to take out the battery and charge it. The reasoning was that they did not have anyone qualified to do so or that they could give us the tools so we could do it ourselves. The employee Andrew did not know how to charge a battery and gave up after 10 minutes and told us that we needed to figure it out ourselves. When we asked if they could at least jump us with their car so we could get back home, all of the employees refused. We tried to buy a battery so that we could maybe do it ourselves, but they ignored our request and said that they were busy. Thank goodness there was a customer in the store that was kind enough to jump our car so we could get back home. Even when I had showed the employees online that they offer this service, they refused and I’ve never been more upset that they would leave us stranded and not help us. Would not recommend going here if you need to buy a battery or have it charged because they will not do it.

  I’m giving this AutoZone location one star because the customer service has become unbearable. There is a woman who works here who is consistently grumpy, argumentative, and visibly annoyed with customers and even her own coworkers. She looks irritated every time I walk in, struggles to find online orders, and doesn’t even seem to have basic computer skills to look up parts. During my last visit, they actually had the part I needed- but her attitude was so unpleasant that I walked out and went to O’Reilly instead. No customer should feel unwelcome or talked down to. This store seriously needs to address its customer service issues.

  There is a line and only one employee at the registers. I can literally hear the other employees gossiping and doing nothing behind a shelf.
