  Stopped by for an oil change and had a great experience. The staff was professional, quick, and worked really well as a team to get everything done efficiently. I did think one of the items was a bit overpriced, but they were understanding and even lowered the price a little when I brought it up. Really appreciate the honesty and customer service—would definitely come back.👍👍👍

  Everyone was very helpful at this location and it was my first time using a Valvoline Instant Oil Change service, so I did not know what to expect but it was very quick and easy, efficient, and overall a pleasant experience. Elijah was kind and friendly, informative of car specs and issues along with recommendations, and appreciated his patience with me since I was multitasking with a medical call back at the same time - so thank you for that. Elisabeth the manager was also great and helpful and I liked the double check at the end for the proper oil replacement because when I glanced at it at my window, it seemed good and I would have never known. Lovely lady who did my oil change - thank you as well. I didn't catch her name but overall great experience and I was in and out in about 30-35 minutes. Would return and the coupon for savings is additional incentive to return. Thanks again to the whole Oakley Valvoline Instant Oil Change team!

  Andrew at Valvoline made what’s usually a routine chore into a genuinely great experience. From the moment I pulled in, he was friendly, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He took the time to explain everything, answered my questions without rushing, and made sure I was comfortable with the service being done. What really stood out was his attention to detail and customer-first attitude—it didn’t feel like just another quick stop, but like he actually cared about doing the job right and making sure I left satisfied. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. If you’re heading in for an oil change, I highly recommend This Location. Customer service like that is hard to find these days.

  Elisabeth the manager was so professional and knowledgeable about the products and services offered. She was honest and sincere with everyone she interacted with, including myself. Bin beyond impressed. She is the type of employee that should be the face of the company. She represents Valvoline incredibly well.
