Literally awesome service. Would recommend. Came for my new Kia optima I purchased and I actually received the best service possible. Friendly staff. Jazmyn went out her way to make sure I had a positive experience.

I love these guys. Not only do they do great work, but it’s a joy to receive their service. The San Pablo location in Oakland has an excellent team, so thoughtful, transparent, & really warm energy. This was my second time coming & I will continue returning for my regular services.

It is rare that i feel the need to go out of my way to leave a positive review, but Kiana and Julius provided great service, were kind and friendly, clearly enjoyed the work environment, and got me a quick and hassle-free oil change! Work culture at this Valvoline seems like it is A++

Jasmine and the entire team this morning did such an amazing job! This was the best customer service that we’ve EVER received getting our oil changed. They were extremely thorough, kind, and informative. They treated us like people. I never thought getting our oil changed in the morning would put us in such a good mood. We’re never getting our oil changed anywhere else.
