  I scheduled the appointment online and the system was quick to respond. Then I got a call from the Oakland location to confirm my appointment. The tec came to my house, he was very friendly. He explained what he was going to do and that I could wait inside and he would call me when was inside. He was quick and very professional.

  What is the point of having a warranty if the employees are just going to try and gaslight you that what happened actually didn’t? I had my windshield replaced here 3 weeks ago. One of the windshield wipers (driver’s) was not put on correctly (BY Safelite, as I had new wipers put on with my replacement), so the first time I used them soon after, one flew off while in use while I was driving on the PCH, pushed the mechanism upward and cracked my windshield. I scheduled a warranty appointment and the employees did not believe me and accused me of cracking it myself. Not only is it so unfair, it’s unbelievably unsafe to have had my wiper fly off while I was driving on the highway. Never going with Safelite ever again, unless you’re okay with taking the blame on any installation errors for them.

  I had a great experience with Safelite AutoGlass. The staff was friendly, professional, and kept me informed throughout the process. They completed the repair quickly, and the workmanship was excellent. My vehicle was returned clean, and everything looked perfect.   My tech, Christian, did an amazing job on my 325i. When I ordered the wrong glass he made the reorder a breeze and made sure to come back that evening and service the windshield within the hour! I thought maybe I'd have to reschedule entirely but nope! I can tell this was second-nature for him and his work definitely spoke for him! Also, I have a driveway that I share with a few other homes and he gladly moved in and out of his spot multiple times while working to allow residents to maneuver past his work, can't ask for better customer service 🤝

  I had a great experience with Safelite's mobile windshield replacement service. I was fortunate to have Clifton as my technician. He called ahead with an ETA during my four-hour service window, which made scheduling my day much easier. He arrived on time, was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain the installation process. What impressed me most was that he identified a separate part failure that was causing a water leak into the cab of my Ford F-250. The morning of the appointment was foggy and drizzly, and our driveway under the redwood trees was not ideal for the installation. Clifton was flexible and worked with me to find a better location on the street, ensuring the job was done properly. Excellent customer service, attention to detail, and overall professionalism. Clifton was a pleasure to work with, and I highly recommend Safelite's mobile service. Five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
