  Review for Safelite Auto Glass (Mr. Jose) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommended! I recently had my car windshield replaced by Safelite and had the pleasure of working with Mr. Jose. He arrived right on time, which was greatly appreciated. Mr. Jose did an excellent job on the windshield replacement. The installation was clean, professional, and the glass looks perfect. What really stood out was how thorough he was — he carefully vacuumed up all the broken glass both inside and outside the car, and left everything spotless. My vehicle was cleaner after the repair than it was before! It’s clear Safelite hires quality technicians. Mr. Jose was courteous, efficient, and took great pride in his work. I couldn’t be happier with the service. Thank you, Mr. Jose and Safelite! I will definitely be using your services again and recommending you to friends and family. Highly recommended — 5 stars!

  Had a very very small ding on it.. called safeties auto glass.. and they charged me 180 bucks also cracked my windshild across now have a 2 foot Crack... they did offer to sale me a new one. Dont recommend the service im sorry

  Was absolutely devastated to find my vehicle with a shattered back window, but I am so grateful for this company and Jorge the technician who has made this experience less stressful. I did everything online and the immediate response through text and emails reassured me that I was in good hands. Wonderful company and a pleased customer

  It was easy to scheduled an appointment. The technician was very friendly. He called in the morning to let me know when to expect him, and he called right before he arrived. He explained how he was going to fix the chip on the windshield and what to expect after the repair.

  It took over a month to get the glass replaced. I had to call 4 plus times during this process. First they ordered the wrong glass, then they didn’t confirm with the supplier to send the new glass on the corrected order. This issue was only rectified after I called twice to ask what was going on. I was also scheduled twice before they had the part in stock wasting 2 days waiting on them. Then finally when the glass was in stock I scheduled with someone over the phone but surprise…they didn’t schedule me and I was called again 2 days later during the “service window” to actually schedule me . The Only reason this isn’t a 1 star review was the technician who did the repair was awesome. Got the job done in 30 minutes. Additionally, Rosa at the front desk did a great job. Everyone else I encountered was staggeringly incompetent. Unless they have the glass in stock I would go with another provider. I have worked with Safelite before without issue so I was shocked at the service I received overall this time around. If I hadn’t called them multiple times I would be still waiting on my repair.
