Safelite’s auto windshield replacement service exceeded my expectations. The booking process was easy via AAA insurance. The manager Alvaro called me ahead of my appointment to confirm that I wanted OEM glass. Rosa in the office was friendly and helpful. Juan, the technician who worked on my windshield lived up to his reputation of being “the best”according to Alvaro. He finished the job in 2 hours; the finish on my windshield was clean; the camera calibration process worked without any glitches so all the advanced safety features of my car were completely restored. I would recommend Safelite in Oakland to anyone who needs replacement auto glass.

Safelight was arranged by my insurance carrier. In the past I used an independent, mobile glass repair company. Since insurance was covering the repair I agreed to their recommendation; especially when the camera would need recalibration. All went exceptionally well. Everyone was kind and they did a great job in a reasonable amount of time.
