  Open even when is closed, drive all the way around the back to get to the entrance to the basement parking lot and you’ll see the two chargers a little to the right… only one of the two chargers can be used at any time, but the chargers are super fast and efficient

  I've used these 3 times and it takes me about 10 minutes of repeatedly trying before it starts to work -- sometimes it requires calling their support line. It'll fail to authorize my card 5 times in a row, or fail to connect to my car. And there are two screens that give conflicting info -- one says it's authorizing, and the other says it failed. I've had consistently bad experience w/ EVGo CHAdMO chargers in the east bay.
