  It was a great experience, renting from enterprise car rental at 3030 Broadway in Oakland California. I did not wait long for my car rental. It was ready available and clean . The staff was very nice and courteous and the assistant manager Jerelleen Thomas is a great manager and made sure I was taken care of when renting my vehicle amazing manager And she was very kind but professional

  The service is neither friendly, nor attentive. Even though there are 4 of them it takes them forever to get you to your car. Unfortunately my go to car rental company (budget just two blocks down broadway) had no economy/compact available at that date. Will not come here again.

  Avoid at all cost. No sort of accountability. They charged my card without an explanation and “can’t see the transaction”. They did not reach back out to me resolve the issue as promised. When I called back the manager was in and an a more than lackluster employee told me “He can’t do anything for me” and HUNG UP ON ME. On top of that they were doing dishonest math to justify the final cost is my reservation through insurance. Never would touch this place again with a ten foot pole.

  I have been renting vehicles from multiple places across the country for years. This is my second time renting from this location. Even after a very traumatic incident last time, the way everyone helped me and comforted me, made me come back. The staff is wonderful. Everyone works smoothly together. This is definitely a very cohesive team. They make the journey of picking out a car and renting delightful. They also do a wonderful job of helping us all out of that very very tiny parking lot. Great job on this Oakland team. Top notch!

  Omgeee Enterprise was a life saver last weekend. I need to rent my car outside of the airport bcuz they suck. I didn't even know this location was here! The staff was amazing! They got me into a car ASAP and they let me vent. I made it to my nephew graduation out of town with no problems. Then the following weekend my car was in the shop and I had to get another car. When I tell you I've never had such a great experience or service with a rental car company ever. I told the staff that they are my rental car company from now on! I love it and on top of that I've never seen an all African American staff at one rental car company. That was beautiful. It made me proud! Job well done y'all. They are young and the customer service was truly on point. I'm very impressed. Until next time. 🥰
