I had to rent a car last-minute, return it to a different location, and even encountered an unexpected nail in the tire along the way. Despite the potential for stress—including returning the car 37 minutes past my scheduled time—Emma at the Sacramento Airport location and Marquis at the Oakland Broadway location provided absolute top-tier service. From the start, Emma made the pickup seamless, welcoming me with a warm smile and getting me on the road quickly without any hassle. During the trip, taking the car to the recommended repair shop for the tire issue was fast, easy, and completely covered at zero cost. When I finally dropped the car off, Marquis was equally fantastic—incredibly personable, thorough in his explanations, and completely understanding about the slight delay. Both agents turned what could have been a chaotic experience into a completely smooth and pleasant process. Enterprise has earned a long term customer thanks to team members like Emma and Marquis! Also Marquis is so HANDSOME! So you’ll have some eye candy to look at while being assisted, LoL!😉
