  Great customer service on both ends of our trip. Friendly, helpful, efficient, and thorough. I especially appreciated that the woman who gave us the car took the time to make sure we understood how to use features of the car we were unfamiliar with. The man and woman who checked the car back in could see that my wife was having trouble walking and they helped out with the bags and made sure we were pointed in the right direction to the airport shuttle.

  I had a mechanical issue with my car rental, when i called the road assistance they sent me to this location, and when i got there the lady that works there tried to help but the manager refused to replace the car with the same class regardless of having it in stock saying that they might get reservations for it later and only gave me a choice downsize to a class that's half price of the one i'm renting

  The rental process was very easy and I appreciate appreciated being able to submit my information and check in online ahead of time. When I arrived at the pick up terminal, the agent was wonderful. They had my information right away and got me to the rental car within minutes. The rental car itself happened to be brand new, and it drove beautifully. I appreciate the extended mileage because I was driving to and from seeing family and friends, and the car made those drives very comfortable and pleasant. The return was a little confusing at first, but that was a problem with Oakland airport directions when approaching the terminal. The address that the enterprise agreement provided (7600 Earhart) rectified that, and I would suggest thst other travelers use that with their GPS rather than follow the signs approaching the terminal, particularly at night if they are unfamiliar with the airport. The return process was very simple, the agent was very helpful, and I was finished once again in minutes. I have rented from enterprise a number of times and I’ve always had a great experience.

  Friendliness of the staff, selection of cars and availability, and how easy it is to rent, pick up and drop off. We've always enjoyed the professionalism and service every Enterprise location as treated us with. Its why we only rent from them!

  God forbid you need to use Enterprise emergency roadside service. Flat tire on the freeway. Coming back from a road trip so all my belongings were in the car. Solo female on the side of the road in a sketchy area. Every person I dealt with was beyond awful and had no compassion for my level of frustration. (I had an hour to get stuff to my storage unit before an early flight next day. I wound up having to purchase a suitcase and pay the added fees to check it.) The first representative dispatched a tow driver in Los Angeles (I made it clear I was in Oakland, and had given him exact address and cross streets multiple times.) The second one didn't like how frustrated I was after already waiting an hour and cancelled the service request and hung up on me, putting me back at square one. It wound up being two hours until the tow guy arrived. THEN, the next day Enterprise charges me two separate flat tire fees for a total of $148. I have had no problem paying the extra money for Enterprise in the past due to their great customer service. Never again.
