  ‼️IF UR FROM THE BAY DONT RENT HERE‼️We had 2 forms of ID & enough money between us and we were still turned away from getting a car all because my parters ID had a crack & the rude and short manager claimed “its tampered with.” The ID could still scan, still intact. Their online policy says they can only take a debit card with an ID & proof of address along with plane ticket but they straight up refused to let us use my debit card with my fully intact ID bc we live in the area?? So someone from Nebraska is gonna be trusted before someone who lives in the area??? No idea what that was even about, homegirl was having a grand ole time denying every solution, while offering NOTHING. They said they cant do anything at all to help and essentially ruined the trip before it even began. Rude, unhelpful, and super lame. Yall might as well use HERTZ or the TURO app.

  Patricia at the Enterprise location on Earhart Road in Oakland was an absolute ray of light. Our check engine light was not working so we came to switch out our car. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly warm, positive, reassuring and genuinely helpful. Her customer service was exceptional. She took the time to guide us through everything clearly, made us feel completely at ease, and approached every interaction with such a kind and uplifting attitude. After a long journey, having someone so patient, friendly and professional made such a difference to our experience. Patricia is a real credit to Enterprise and exactly the kind of person you hope to meet when travelling. She deserves to be commended for her outstanding efforts and should definitely be recognised and rewarded for the exceptional service she provides. We are so grateful for all of her help and guidance and would wholeheartedly recommend this location because of the wonderful service she provided. Thank you so much, Patricia!

  The online rental process was user friendly. I really appreciated the ease of picking up and dropping off my vehicle too. All of the staff from beginning to end was personable and professional as well. Thanks for a great experience!

  My family and I rented a car from Enterprise Car Rental at OAK and had an exceptional experience. Checking in and returning the car was with ease. I specifically remember the lady we returned to car to, as she was very professional and kind. We also enjoyed the car we rented, as it was clean, smooth and a joy to ride.

  Great service, staff and selection of cars/suvs/vans. Happy there was a promo/discount during the time I wanted to rent a car. I go thru Costco car rentals and use Oakland Airport and both have excellent service and ease of use for rentals and returns. Enterprise is where I rented for this trip. It was pretty much a brand new van with only 400 miles and had the new car smell still. Thanks for having new cars to feel safe driving long distances. I like that these rentals send texts to see if I need the car longer or will bring in earlier to adjust fees. I only hope that all our info is deleted from plugging our phones into the rental cars- which I try to do when I return rentals. But it would be nice if it’s automatically deleted.
