  As usual the car reserved wasn't available and i had to take a car with worse fuel efficiency which added to the expense of my trip unexpectedly. You never get what you reserve,or at least I haven't with enterprise. The was No tutorial on the operations of the vehicle like Bluetooth linking, navigation, lane assist cruise control, and so on. The car was clean but had an odor. My experiences with this company hasn't been good they only got my business by default and necessity.

  I'd like to commend Trent at the Embarcadero location for his professionalism and efficiency. His communication skills were highly appreciated when the car we requested was unavailable. He made sure we received a comprable model on time and checked us in and out smoothly. He's a big reason I'll be choosing to come back to that branch. Trent is the standard Enterprise should look for in their team members.

  My experiences was amazing! Good job to Brent and his coworker for taking care of their customers and made sure everything was okay before they closed for lunch that day. They were very helpful and I appreciate it.
