  Thank you to Tom and Boz for guiding us through the process seamlessly and without pressure. Tom was not only professional and helpful, but also extremely knowledgeable about the features of the car we purchased, as well as easy to get along with. After visiting five dealerships over two weeks in the Bay Area, we finally found the right one. Everyone we spoke with was exceptionally helpful, and we are truly happy with our experience.

  I was in the market for a Lexus and originally was trying to purchase with Concord Lexus but truly felt dismissed by Concord. I then continued my search with Coliseum Lexus of Oakland and was connected with Anthony and from the start he was kind, professional, and found exactly what I was looking for. Two days of communication and I drove off the lot with the car I was looking for! They were even able to beat my credit Union loan APR. If you’re in the market for a Lexus make sure to come here and ask for Anthony!

  I drove 50 minutes out of my way after work to check out a car for sale. I called a salesperson to confirm the car was available and schedule an appointment to test drive the vehicle. I get there only to find out he could not find the keys to the car. He told me to come back tomorrow and he’d find the keys. No way! Super unprofessional and very disappointed, did not expect this from a Lexus dealership. Their management and sales people should make sure they can at least open/start the car before scheduling any test drive.

  This review is for our salesman, Ahmad Qubadi. We had an excellent experience purchasing our 2023 Lexus NX350, and couldn’t be happier with the level of customer service we received. Ahmad was professional, knowledgeable, and personable, and he answered every question thoroughly. After bringing the car home, we noticed a minor issue — Ahmad addressed it immediately. He even went above and beyond by tracking down an extra key fob from the previous owner and personally delivering it to our home. Thank you so much, Ahmad!   I purchased a used RZ 450e on June 16. At the time of purchase, I was told that a second key was available but needed to be retrieved from the previous dealership. This was even documented on the "Bill Due" paperwork. For more than a month, I made several phone calls and sent multiple text messages asking for an update. Each time, I was told that someone would get back to me, but no one ever did. I later learned that a replacement key costs nearly $500, making the lack of follow-through even more frustrating. Lesson: don't drive off the lot until you have everything you're owed in your possession. If something is promised later, don't assume it will be delivered. I allowed the nice staff in Coliseum Lexus to dull my cautious consumer instincts. To make matters worse, I traded in my BMW with my purchase of the RZ. The very next day, June 17, that BMW was driven across the Carquinez Bridge, and the toll was charged to my FasTrak account because the vehicle was still associated with my license plates.
