  We bought a used Lexus here on the L/Certified program, and always had a great experience thereafter for any minor issues that cropped up or general service needs. Special shout out to April who is an absolute star and went above and beyond for us multiple times, but the service team in general were all great!

  Had an appointment to see a car. They sold the car before I arrived and didn’t tell me until I got there. It took me 90 minutes to get there and it would have been kind to let me know. Didn’t feel like a Lexus experience.

  I want to give a shout-out to Ahmad Qubadi, who helped me during my car search. From the first conversation, Ahmad was on time for every appointment and answered my questions faster than I expected. He took the time to understand what I actually needed instead of steering me toward whatever was on the lot. He was persuasive in the best way, a clear, honest case for the cars he thought fit me, and then room to think. No pressure, no games. For personal reasons unrelated to the dealership, I ultimately decided not to purchase as I couldn't get the car in transit in time. Ahmad's response was the most telling part of the experience. He stayed just as helpful and kind, answered my last few questions, and wished me well without a hint of frustration. That level of professionalism deserves recognition. If you want someone who'll be straight with you and treat you like a person rather than a transaction, ask for Ahmad. Highly recommended.

  I had such a wonderful experience at this Lexus dealership! From start to finish, the service was phenomenal. We were greeted right away with friendly smiles and immediately made to feel welcomed. We were assigned to our sales representative, Vicky, who was incredibly sweet, kind, patient, and very informative about the vehicle I was interested in. She made the entire process comfortable and never made us feel pressured or rushed. We were also introduced to the sales manager, Shams and, I believe, the Acquisition manager Ramin, who were both just as kind and welcoming. Our final stop was with Bee, who handled the financing and finalized the sale. He was wonderful! He worked the numbers to help make everything fit within my budget, but what I appreciated most was how thorough he was throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I understood exactly what I was signing, and answered any questions along the way. He also held great conversation, which made what can sometimes be the stressful part of buying a car feel easy and enjoyable. Before I knew it, everything was finalized and I was walking out with my Lexus RX! 🥹🖤 What really stood out to me was that at no point did I feel pressured into purchasing anything I didn’t want. The entire staff listened to what I was looking for, respected my budget, and genuinely seemed focused on making sure I was happy with my purchase. The dealership itself was also very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Overall, an amazing car-buying experience from beginning to end. I would absolutely recommend stopping by if you’re looking for a Lexus. 10/10 experience, and I couldn’t be happier with my RX! Thanks Vicky and Bee!!

  We made a significant purchase, well above average, based on the expectation that Lexus customers are treated with consistency and respect both before and after the sale. Unfortunately, our post-purchase experience has been the opposite (with Bee, Tom, others). For more than a month, we have encountered: Repeated non-responses to messages and follow-ups Being redirected from one person to another with no clear ownership Sales staff stating they are unsure or unavailable, without making any effort to coordinate internally Left hanging out in the dealership even on the day of our purchase. A noticeable drop in responsiveness once the transaction was completed This is not about a single unanswered message — it is a pattern. One example of this broader issue is a small post-purchase follow-up that was verbally mentioned by management at the time of sale. Rather than being handled smoothly, it has turned into months of deflection, silence, and confusion. The issue itself is minor; the way it has been handled is not. What is most concerning is the message this sends: that once a major purchase is finalized, basic follow-through and respect are no longer a priority. That is not aligned with the Lexus brand, nor with what customers reasonably expect when making a premium purchase. We had a conversation with the manager and they said we make sure it never happens again but nothing changed and here we are with the same attitude and level of post-sale experience.
