  Jesus Adrianza was extremely rude and unprofessional. He was extremely rude to the O'reilly workers at the Broadway location. I was a customer there and witness everything. Aside from being completely unhinged and condescending to the workers there, he threatened and expressed racial slurs towards them. The workers there were nothing but kind and just doing their jobs when he came in demanding a refund. I only recognized him because I was a customer at Lexus of Oakland. Emphasis on the "was" because I will not be coming to this location anymore and will be warning everyone I know to avoid it while this type of personnel is employed here.

  Anthony was awesome! Went above and beyond to get us the perfect Lexus we wanted. He was very patient with all our demands and got us the lowest price in the country! Thanks for making this process smooth and seamless.

  Title: Extremely untrustworthy dealer. Stay away!I had a terrible experience with this dealership and specifically with a salesman named Danny. On Monday, Danny gave me an offer, which I accepted. Based on his word, I went ahead and rejected offers from other dealerships. Communication with him was a nightmare—he would only reply to my messages once a day around 6 PM.Two days later, he suddenly told me that they couldn't do out-of-state sales anymore. Shocked, I reached out to another salesman at the same dealership, who confirmed that out-of-state sales are absolutely allowed. When I confronted Danny with this information, he checked again and still lied to my face, insisting it wasn't possible.This dealership is completely dishonest and untrustworthy. They made me lose other great deals because of their empty promises. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place and avoid working with Danny!

  After I submitted for a price on a new car, I got a text 2 days later After 15-20 texts, other than continuously asking me to go to the dealership. I never did get a price below MSRP. I am glad I did not go in to the dealership otherwise it would waste more of my time. BE WARE, this dealership will rip you off. Reply to dealership: I got the car 2026 Nx350h from Lexus Marin. $4000 better. Very friendly salespeople and straightforward dealing.

  The OTD That Stood for "Oops, Totally Different" ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- After a week of texts, and negotiating, the salesperson finally agreed an out-the-door (OTD) price that convinced me to drive to the dealership. They ran my credit, handed me the paperwork... When I reviewed the paperwork, I saw that same OTD selling price listed as the vehicle's selling price instead, which was higher than the advertised price. That wasn't what I expected based on our text messages. Apparently, someone thought I'd spend an entire week negotiating just to show up and happily pay more than the advertised price. Bold strategy. I was angry about for the unexpected comedy show, and drove 30 minutes to Putnam Lexus, and they honored the exact deal I had been promised—without any games. They even put everything in writing before I signed. My only regret? Not reading this dealership's reviews beforehand. Judging by the similar experiences others have shared, I would've saved myself a wasted trip. To the management: it's 2026. Customers have text messages, screenshots, the internet, and AI. Please improve communication and pricing transparency so customers don't leave feeling confused or misled and start treating customers like intelligent people. In 2026, transparency isn't optional—it's the minimum customers expect. If the numbers change after the customer walks in, don't be surprised when the customer walks out.
