  Enterprise worked directly with my insurance to provide me with a rental while my car was being worked on. All I had to do was show up, get the car, make sure it was gassed up to return, and leave it at the mechanic's shop where they picked it up. I couldn't have asked for a smoother process!

  Enterprise will strand you, don’t use Enterprise ever it’s so untrustworthy. Enterprise lets you make any reservation over the phone, and they wait a couple days and tell you MORNING OF that there’s no car. Don’t use Enterprise it’s terrifying being stranded! Enterprise is the only car rental in Oakhurst so be careful!

  Tony is an amazing employee even though he couldn’t produce the car on time. Circumstances were beyond his control and he handled it with a professional polish way beyond his years. I sensed that he cared.

  How can a place with such limited hours and not open on weekends be so great? The team at Oakhurst, California is the only reason that place can work. They definitely deserve the same hours as other locations and more vehicles, yet they always get me what I want or need. I would go elsewhere if it wasn’t for the staff and their great service. Shout out to everyone but big thanks to Anthony Rodriguez, good looking out for all your help!

  I rented a vehicle at this location in June of 2026. There's always a concern when renting as you never know what vehicle you will get. I lucked out and was able to rent a Toyota Camry hybrid. It saved me quite a bit in gas costs which is always a bonus. Greg helped me out processing everything and was also the person that got me checked back in on return. On the app and even over the phone at corporate they didn't offer some options and when I asked Greg about them he was able to bring it right up and add it which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Thanks again Greg for being awesome at your job and I hope that Enterprise recognizes the great job you do.
