  Couldn’t say better things about the team at the Novato Valvoline. Always incredibly friendly and thorough with they’re check of my vehicle. I couldn’t recommend this location enough, and you can’t beat the price with how quick they are.

  Great service! Savio did a wonderful job explaining the required maintenance for my car and was very polite. I highly recommend getting your oil changed at Valvoline!

  One of the smoothest oil changes I’ve ever had! Jeff, the manager, was super helpful as well. All of the employees are very experienced and professional, the prices are great, and the services I received were done quickly. I’ll be back next time!

  I've been going to the Valvoline in Novato for years. I am very satisfied with their service. They are always thorough, pleasant to deal with and don't try to upsell me things I don't need. Their pricing is competitive.

  I had a wonderful experience at Valvoline, and I want to give a special shoutout to Jeff and Savion for being incredibly helpful, attentive, and transparent throughout my visit! I came in for an oil change, transmission fluid service, and a radiator flush. I also requested a tire rotation. While checking my tires, Jeff noticed that they were completely bald and that the wires were actually visible. He recommended that I skip the tire rotation and prioritize getting new tires as soon as possible. Honestly, I hadn’t even noticed how bad they were, so I’m genuinely grateful that he took the time to point it out and put my safety first instead of simply doing the service I requested. Savion was also extremely helpful. He overheard me asking my sister whether Costco carried tires and mentioned that they most likely did. It was a small gesture, but it really showed how attentive and genuinely helpful the team was. What stood out most to me was how transparent and thorough everyone was about the work being done on my vehicle. I never felt pressured or like anyone was trying to sell me something unnecessarily. Instead, they took the time to explain what they noticed, what needed attention, and what I should prioritize. Jeff and Savion made me feel like my car was actually being looked after, not just serviced. That level of care and honesty goes a long way, and it absolutely made an impression on me. I’ll definitely be coming back! Thank you, Jeff, Savion, and the entire team for taking such good care of me and my vehicle. I’m truly grateful for your kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness.
