I had a very good experience with Enterprise. The counter agent was very helpful. He even let me charge my phone enough to use Google Maps to get to my destination.

This review is specifically for Naomi. I had to rent a car while mine was in the shop and arrived in the morning. Naomi was incredibly professional and helpful from the start. Unfortunately, there wasn’t a car available at the time, so I returned later that afternoon. Even after several hours, Naomi was just as kind, patient, and accommodating as before. Renting a car can be stressful, but she made the entire experience smooth, easy, and surprisingly pleasant.
I was rear-ended on my daily morning commute. Within an hour of getting my totaled car sorted with CHP, the great Enterprise Representative at Novato Enterprise had me in a nice, clean rental car. I felt reassured that the billing would be a smooth transition from my personal credit card to the other driver’s insurance when they were determined to be at fault. There was no fuss or hassle, just terrific, warm and professional customer service. Same with the return. We have used this Enterprise location several times and will continue to do so. Thank you Enterprise!!!

Starting with the positive, Kyle does a great work. He really holds this place together. He does basically backbone clean the cars and he tries to make sure you’re satisfied and he really does try to make your experience easy however I picked up a dirty car and I was supposed to exchange it for something else, but it seems to me that the manager there Naomi always prevents me from switching out cars. For example I had picked up a Nissan rogue and I had a bad starter didn’t start the next morning so I had a roadside ticket for it and she refused to switch out the car and said if I did, she would cancel the contract. I had a roadside repair ticket on it and they’re supposed to give you another car so in the last experience I had with her was that again she gave me a dirty car refused to clean it and Enterprise has a motto where you know you’re supposed to get a clean car if you don’t you can either ask her to get cleaned or switch out which she refused again at this time instead of taking accountability. She just said it was clean so I took pictures and Kyle did try cleaning it, but there was bugs stuck all over the car dog hair . Nahomy nerve came out to do a final walk thru for check. It does she ever or tell you how much gas is in the car. She does very little to inform you about anything.
Long time Customer and I worked for Enterprise.
Location & Staff:
Enterprise in Novato is convenient, but the staff can be helpful and unhelpful. Kyle is very helpful. Naomi is very unhelpful threatens to end contract if you ask for a different vehicle
Naomi malicious intent if you ask for help - discriminatory in nature
Verbal Abuse. -Nissan rogue bad starter had a roadside ticket. They replace vehicle .
She approached said no switch and threatened to end contract if I get help from San Rafael poor customer satisfaction and SAFETY .
How can you trust the her as manager ?

Naomi rents autos she insists are clean with Dog hair , potatoes chips and hard to see windows. I had to wipe them myself
Naomi , rented a Chevy Malibu with 50,000+ miles It had poor headlights.
Naomi rented me a Nissan rogue with a bad starter and refused roadside ticket help whe she said the car was perfect and refused roadside service ticket.
No help or assistance from Naomi . Regional manager sent me to San Rafael . Later told Naomi felt bad and would but remained unhelpful and contentious ex difference in cost.

She said it didn’t need to be cleaned that it was clean.
Generally, I have no problem with Kyle. He will clean the car if He will go out of his way if you have a chance to deal with Kyla, I Don’t expect that Naomi’s gonna clean a car.

With Naomi was always overcharging me. She always charged me more than ever I had for my reservation once she charged me over $100 and a cash out 800 on my debit card without my knowledge or helping with process when I

Efficiently:I called location in advance to reserve the correct vehicle for points . Naomi then said I didn’t have enough points because it was a hybrid. So I paid more for a hybrid that was dirty instead of renting proper vehicle . It’s why I called in advance to ask what car rate class I should reserve it to use points. Do advance planning FAILED and then they wonder why I’m upset ?
Kyle reads out the entire contract with me. I discover my week price will work but I still pay extra at pickup do deposit . Still not clear why I owe however if at end of week the price works out it’s not explained by Naomi.
iI said this before and I’ll say it again I’ve told Naomi I don’t trust her after meant to be bad cars and not being transparent.
Regional manager had to step in so I could get the red car in SanRafael and get the right treatment. She told me that Naomi felt bad and then I would be welcome back and that she would help me and she actually left me a message that I could come back to Novato It’s back to renting me dirty cars, and being disagreeable. That’s her method of operation.. mostly when she doesn’t have any customers since she’s sitting behind the counter, doesn’t even take the opportunity to take a look at the car to
She insisted that the car that she rented me was clean when I had potato chips underneath the driver seat And they her and her regional manager said well I’ve got the hybrid that I wanted It was filthy dirty and I don’t want a dirty car. I don’t care if it’s a hybrid or not I should have a right to have a clean car. Finally cleaned it.
I was prepared to rent a Tucson after talking to Kyle and he contacted sales I could probably get a Tucson because he was getting a lot of cars. There will be no purchase because Jon Hirate regional manager is preventing my interest in buying a car from enterprise because he does not support customer needs
After trying to call the regional manager several times this week I didn’t get a call from him too much later I had already had a dirty car didn’t couldn’t switch it out And then I couldn’t figure out why Naomi told me I didn’t have enough points for my rental Was they were charging me more for a points.
Jon will prevent auto purchase while I was waiting for a Tucson which Kyle initiated .
