  I’ve used this Car Wash for a couple of years and usually have a good experience went today to put my suburban in my Honda on Unlimited wash the top-tier that was me with super rude employee decided to go down the road instead

  Would be zero stars if I could put it, went here a couple times a while back and had their then employee Ehfrein help me a bunch with the car wash and assisting cleaning my vehicle, was a great person. I now learned he no longer works there, no ehfrein, no me.

  Remy has bad Custlomer service, lied and endangered my life. Contact corporate and Regional Manager called but kept saying he couldn't hear me. I texted him next day and he called me and literally called me a liar. I tried to let him know it was 2 days but he kept rudely cutting in.
