  Was given wrong information about deposit on rental Manager lady very rude not welcoming or friendly to guests I wouldn’t recommend this place!!! Bad service

  This place is a joke and the employees don't care about the customer. I made a reservation about 2 weeks before my trip for a specific vehicle, I got the conformation and filled out all paperwork before the pick up date, I show up to pick up the vehicle and they are trying to put me in a vehicle that does not fit my needs and when i ask why they didn't have what I requested all they said was " we just don't have one". nobody took the initiative to call me before to let me know they would not be able to have what I wanted. i will definitely not be using Enterprise anymore for my business or leisure trips. thank you Enterprise for putting me in a difficult spot for your lack of competency. They get one star rating only because I have to give them at least one otherwise I would give them no stars

  I have encountered significant dissatisfaction with the vehicles provided by this rental service. My initial rental exhibited severe brake issues, characterized by a grinding noise. Upon requesting a replacement, the subsequent vehicle experienced a breakdown and emitted unusual sounds. A third rental also presented mechanical problems, specifically the illumination of the check engine light and a lack of engine oil. Furthermore, I found the management staff to be uncooperative and confrontational. I strongly advise against utilizing this service.
