Today, I went in person to reserve a Suburban, Wagoneer, or Escalade for this Saturday. Maty E. said she needed to check availability and would call me. When I called back three hours later, she told me she wouldn't have an answer until Friday—even though I need the vehicle on Saturday. Waiting four days to find out if a vehicle is available is unacceptable. This is the first bad experience I've had at this location, and it's very unacceptable.

Once I got to the front of the line she told me there was no cars available. There were 4 other people who got up and left. Not once did she mention the cars were not available. A waste of time.
