Just bad customer service. They order the wrong part for me and had my mechanic wait for 3 hrs to get the new one and whe. I ask how can they make this right, the tell me nothing I can do, I told them not even 10% from the next purchase and he told me no. I had to call their corporate to get a complaint. When I got the part they told me they all ready gave me a discount on the current part. I looked at my receipt and dont show anything on it. My dad and I have been buy our parts from them for 40+years.

A million thank-yous to Eddie Munoz at the Norwalk AutoZone on Pioneer. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. I had a flashing engine light, Eddie knew what it was right off the bat, and confirmed it with a diagnostic check. I bought the parts I needed, and he helped me out by changing it for me. My brake light sensor appeared on my dashboard to change. I watched a couple of videos so I wouldn’t have to take it to the dealership and pay an arm, leg and fingernail. I went to this autozone a little frustrated but Michael who works here helped me out sooooo much. He was knowledgeable, patient and his customer service was A-1. He assisted me to get the job done. I offered to tip him for being great at his job of providing great customer service and he politely said it wasn’t necessary. Thanks Michael! I truly appreciate it.
