  Been going here regularly for the last couple years, after putting off routine maintenance on my last car (shocker, it’s no longer operable). Current car is nearing 200k miles and has been running smooth with no major issues needing repair. Fair price, you certainly pay for convenience, and the workers at this location have always been friendly and attentive.

  The entire team is wonderful! Xavier, Mario, and Kieron were very helpful, fast and efficient. Their manager Daniel was also really nice and was helping out as well. Everyone is always really polite at this location and answer any question you may have.

  Horrible. Bunch of children that work there. They damaged my car. Went in sounding clean and came out sounding like junk. They bent my undercarriage front crossmember brace. When I left there i heard the nasty grinding noise and I returned right away to file a complaint. The manager got defensive and started telling me things that were wrong with my car that he didn’t bother to point out in the first place on his order sheet. His worker couldn’t visibly see that the brace was bent hitting the muffler, direct behind the 2 front wheels. Why? Because the child they have working there did it. I was in the bay approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes. I made a report to their complaint number they provide. It’s been 2 days and I have not heard from them. This is the Valvoline on 9457 Reseda Blvd in Northridge. I hope the area manager looks and listens to the camera and audio footage of my time there and fires the damn clowns that are responsible. DO NOT GO TO THIS VALVOLINE.

  Had my trans fluid changed just after a week prior got my oil changed but I didn’t have time to do it then. The whole team here at Reseda location are always professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend coming here if you need you vehicle serviced.

  I had a great experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change thanks to X and Mario. They were both super helpful, professional, and friendly throughout the entire oil change. They explained everything clearly, worked quickly, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. You can tell they really care about customer service and doing a good job. I truly appreciate all their help and will definitely be coming back!
