  ABOVE & BEYOND AMAZING SERVICE!! I discovered Jojo Auto Body when searching for a shop to do a specific calibration on my truck. A complete shot in the dark based on reviews I’d read. From start to finish the service was swift, courteous, and felt effortless and like family with the transaction. I returned a second time when I was rear ended and sought after the same amazing customer service I’d received the first time. AGAIN amazing service; Manar walked me through the process dealing with insurance after my truck was declared a total loss. I felt that comforted at the individualized customer attention I received. I was able to text when unable to call and Manar and his team were amazing at being prompt in their responses and also drove me home from the shop and picked me up to bring me back to the shop when navigating the total loss of my truck. No BS, completely transparent, down to earth great team at Jojo Auto Body. They are my go to shop for my Autobody needs.

  Our Honda somehow got a very long scrape along one side, from the front fender all the way to the rear of the car. The car is dark blue and the scrape was pink, so it wasn't exactly inconspicuous. It had a few other relatively minor issues as well. Romen suggested how he would do the repairs if it was his car and explained how the work would be done, and how long it would take. Manar was equally helpful and provided additional information. Everything sounded reasonable and it all made sense. The work was done and the car, where the long scrape was, looks great. They fixed the other minor items and took care of one or two other issues I hadn't noticed, at no additional cost. Their overall charges for the work were very fair. They did a great job and we can recommend them most highly. Veronica in the office was very helpful and attentive and kept in touch keeping us informed. We would certainly go back to them if the need ever again arose.

  Unfortunately when you have Envy personalities in this world 🌎 you are going to have your vehicle Keyed ! I googled an auto body shop and Jo Jo’s Auto Body Shop was the first to pop up! So I went with my intuition ! NAMAR took care of me exceptionally customer service! I would highly recommend, plus I need to go back soon to have some more minor work done to my CLASSIC 2006 300C SRT8 Luxury Sedan 🏁🌹🏁📿🥷

  I accidentally hit the top of my car door on a gate. I used to go to a different shop before and would deal directly with the owner, which was great. So I initially went there to get pricing. They told me to buy the parts and they would install them for a small fee. I did buy the parts but hesitated to go back after learning that the management had changed. Since this was a minor repair, I thought I would try getting prices from other nearby shops. Jojo Auto Body Shop gave me one of the best quotes. Just by meeting Romen yesterday, I could tell he has integrity and takes pride in his service so I decided to try his shop. The other shops had me waiting several minutes or were rushed, not fully giving attention to my inquiry. Today, I finally brought my car in to be fixed at Jojo Auto Body shop. After further review, they discovered that the door was slightly bent as well. They installed the molding parts I provided and even fixed the bent door, all while keeping the same price they initially quoted me. While waiting, they kept offering me free drinks. I also mentioned that I needed to patch my tire but since they do not provide that service, Romen called nearby tire shops and set up an appointment for me. What incredible service! To be honest, I usually do not like dealing with auto shops because they often try to upcharge if you are not very knowledgeable, or especially if you are a woman, but this shop is honest, welcoming, fairly priced and provides top-of-the-line customer service!! I will definitely come back if I need anything and will recommend Jojo Auto Body shop to everyone I know. They truly made my day! Thank you so much Romen and team!

  I had a great experience with Jojo’s Autobody, especially working with Manar, Romen, and Veronica at the front desk. This was my first time dealing with an accident, and they truly took care of both my vehicle and me throughout the entire process. They were consistently communicative and helped me advocate for myself while navigating insurance issues, which made a huge difference. What stood out most was their integrity—they even helped me financially at times, even when it meant taking a loss on their end. Every time I came in, I was greeted warmly and treated with genuine hospitality. They offered me food and even gave me a ride home when they needed to keep my car an extra day. Although I did have to bring my car back once after pickup, they handled the additional repair at no cost to me. My car came back looking perfect, aside from the minor additional fixes that were quickly resolved. They even took the time to repair some previous damage at a very affordable price, which I really appreciated. From start to finish, they were open, honest, and supportive. I truly don’t think my situation would have turned out the way it did without them. I highly recommend Jojo’s Autobody—this review is long overdue, and I’m still incredibly grateful for everything they did.
