The General Manager Rigoberto Mariscal “Rigo” is a fast talking, upselling, deceitful sleazyball of a manager. I was told that they do not do regular oil changes and only offer the ones starting at 140 and up, it did not take 15 minutes as stated, and he signed off on my paperwork without my authorization. FYI to all those who didn’t know, Jiffy Lube is individually owned and operated not a cooperation so each owner does not have to fallow ethical responsibility and can withhold information regarding what they offer. Thus explaining my experience with this particular location and management.

Everyone here is so kind, helpful, and honestly fun — they make the whole experience fly by. I always feel supported, and they take the time to educate me about my car instead of just rushing me through. Today Angel helped me @ the Northridge location and he was incredibly helpful — super kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain things and made me feel confident about what was being done. I truly can't imagine going anywhere else. I always leave with peace of mind knowing they genuinely care about their customers and making sure our vehicles are safe so we can get home in one piece. A lot of places make you feel like you're just a number, but they have never made me feel that way here.
