  Very disappointed with my rental from Enterprise. The car smelled like cigarettes from the moment I turned the AC on, and the interior was dusty and clearly hadn't been cleaned properly. It's unacceptable to rent out a vehicle in that condition. I expected a clean, well-maintained car but received the opposite. I wouldn't recommend this location based on my experience.

  This review is for Daisy Figueroa. I had an unfortunate issue with the condition of a rental car that I had picked up from another Enterprise location. Since this Northridge office was the only one open on a Sunday, I called and explained the situation. From the very beginning, Daisy was courteous, empathetic, and genuinely committed to resolving the problem, even though it was a busy weekend. She demonstrated exceptional professionalism, a thorough understanding of Enterprise's procedures, and handled everything with the confidence and composure of a seasoned manager. When I arrived at the office, Daisy exceeded my expectations by having a replacement vehicle ready within minutes. She carefully walked me through every step of the process with patience, attention to detail, and respect—an experience unlike any I've had with another rental company. It was also a complete contrast to the poor service I received at the other location. Daisy turned what could have been a very frustrating experience into a positive one. If it weren't for her, I would not consider renting from Enterprise again. She provided some of the best customer service I've experienced, and Enterprise is lucky to have her.

  Friendly, prompt, professional service for a rental after an accident. I ended up buying an Enterprise car to replace my totaled car.

  Vanmiddag gebeld en een auto gereserveerd. Daarna met de Lyft ons laten afzetten om de auto op te halen. Geen auto meer beschikbaar! Medewerkers die ons volledig negeerde, een slap verhaal over het centrale telefoonnummer, een manager die wel gebeld had met de centrale… maar waarom dan niet met ons? Ik zou het afraden om hier te boeken. Ik zal het nooit meer doen.

  Hours of operation are horrible for travellers not using LAX rental location. Before turning in my rental I called ahead and asked if they accept off-hours drop offs and they told me the Chatsworth location does, mind you they close at 6pm so off hours starts right in the middle of dinner, etc... When we go to try, there is NOTHING about dropping off rentals there. No box for keys. No access to the lot. Nada. Very disappointed they weren't able to provide accurate information and help my travels be less stressful.
