  The employees were kind, helpful, and clearly doing their best despite how busy and chaotic it was during the rush. Unfortunately, my main concern was the condition and cleanliness of the vehicle I was given. I was traveling with children, so it was especially disappointing and concerning to receive a rental car that clearly did not appear to have been properly cleaned or sanitized after the previous renter. There were visible crumbs, unpleasant odors, and several questionable stains throughout the vehicle. I understand that busy periods can be challenging, and I appreciated the staff’s efforts. However, cleanliness should be a basic standard when renting a vehicle, especially from a company like Enterprise. I expected the car to be properly inspected and cleaned before being handed over to the next customer. This experience definitely fell short of that expectation.

  My mom was an exclusive enterprise user. I've been renting for about thirty years. I would never choose anyone but enterprise. You are the most straightforward. The most professional have the best rates and the best cars, and you always work with the customers

  I have to mention this. cusromer need to be notifed exact amount of rental cost charged ! I did not get informed regard to insurance coverage inside the office when I was chrged for renting for 3 days. only information given to me was 300 dollars deposit and 49.99 dollara per day for three days On the day rental, Aug 5, 2026, I chcked 468 dollars withdrawn from my bank account. On Aug 7, I had to extend one more day for fixing my car. On that day, they withdrew 202 dollars instead of anoher 50 dollars ( I found out on Aug 8 ) Here is they shuld have done as a procedure . First of all, they should have told me about my option for insurance coverage. whether or not using my own insurance. They did not put a time to explain those facts!! My husband said He has used enterprise previously and he was clearly notified with insurance options withth the employee at that time .

  Had the best experience ever renting a car here, all thanks to Shanelle. We got into an accident, she was very empathetic and she made the process quick and easy. Best enterprise ever would recommend to anyone who needs a rental. Trent was very helpful as well. THANK YOU SHANELLE!!!
