  Hi I’m gurinder your customer i was bought the battery yesterday but those battery not properly fixed so I went again for return like exchange but over there one person marco his very rude he have too attitude he have no manners for talking with customer please fire him

  First and foremost.. Jorge from this autozone location was extremely helpful!!! So tonight I originally visited oriellys but was turned away bc they said they couldn't help install headlight bulbs during evening time because liability and insinuated I was a secret shopper.. Like seriously?? My headlight bulbs stopped working while driving and I couldn't see the road at night and just asked for some help but was completely shutdown. I just left bc of this terrible experience I then went to this Autozone off Reseda and was immediately greeted by Jorge at the counter when entering the store. He asked my situation and promptly found the correct bulbs I needed and even showed me several options. I asked if he could help install the new bulbs during checkout and Jorge reassured me that it wasn't a problem.. It was dark in the parking lot and he installed them with me assisting holding the light to help him see. Very happy with my experience and I appreciate Jorge going above and beyond to help me. Thanks again

  Went to store 5472 and had amazing service replacing my car battery for me by Jeffrey. He was a pleasure so I just wanted to thank him on here

  I came today to swap my battery’s really late at night and there was 3 people working and 2 guys that could have helped but didn’t want to. Martin one of the workers there helped us the whole time was really nice and actually made an effort to help unlike his two co workers. I wanted to just say thank you to him for being an amazing help when I needed it.

  I had a deeply disappointing experience at this location. I approached an employee arranging merchandise in the wiper aisle (Aylin Hernandez) , assuming she could assist me, but she was very rude, refused to help me find the correct wipers for my 2024 Honda Civic unless I waited in line, I asked her why she was not helping the line if there was customers ahead of me waiting. To her bad luck she had to help me because the other two chashier were still helping their customers while she rang up the 2 people were in line before me and ask me what I needed and said that there was more people i could approached instead of her. I told her my model of car and that needed wipers and she asked for my license plate. I didn't know it so I went to take a picture of it and When I returned to the same employee, she charged me but I was overcharged, she told me it was 24.99 per pair, not per piece. She even mention a 34.99 varition that would last 40% longer than the one I chose. I ust noticed it in my receipt the extra charge of the wipers. On top of that the ones received are defective or don't work h my car. Management needs to address this unacceptable service immediately
