  Accidents are never a fun or stress free process to deal with, but Karo, Tina, and their entire team made the experience so much easier. From start to finish, they were kind, responsive, supportive, and genuinely cared about helping me through the process. They truly treat you like family rather than just another customer or an opportunity to make a dollar. You never feel like they’re trying to squeeze every penny out of you, which unfortunately can sometimes be the case with other shops. I’m soo grateful for how well they took care of me and my Tesla.They made an otherwise stressful experience feel easy, and I couldn’t recommend Karo, Tina, and the American Collision Center team enough!

  Rene was helpful he new what he was doing with my car he had to fix what the other shop didn’t do, this is my third time trying to get it right and they sure did it was fixed right after being hit from behind 🙏

  They did an amazing job fixing my Tesla and kept me updated among the way multiple times.

  American Collision Center made the entire process easy. It was a quick dropping off the car and picking it up. I received frequent updates via email and they even washed my car before I went to pick it up. I hope to not need them in the near future but if i do, I will 100% go back. Thank you
