  I had a great experience at Valvoline! From the moment I arrived, the entire staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and focused on providing excellent service. They were professional, efficient, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. I highly recommend this location for oil changes and any routine vehicle maintenance. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Great service and very thorough! You don’t just get an oil change as they check air in your tires, make sure all lights are working, check air filter, and top off fluids! Way better than the other oil change place which should remain nameless (JL) 🤪 Don’t forget to check their website for coupons.

  By far the best oil change I have ever received. Everyone was super nice and the environment was very welcoming. This site specifically seemed to work smoother and more efficient than any location I’ve ever been to. I have a feeling it’s because it’s being led by a bad ass female, heavy staff. I really appreciated the manager checking in with me before I left. I will definitely be coming back.

  Fast service and I like that they checked multiple things like my lights, air filter etc and give you the option to replace. It would have been 5 stars but the pricing was a little deceptive. The sign showed $55 for an oil change but they charged $59, the guy told me the air filter was $30 but they charged me $36. So they snuck in $9 so expect to pay a little more than they advertise or tell you

In an era when great customer service can be hard to find, Leanne delivered it effortlessly. What impressed me most was her professionalism and leadership. She treated every customer with respect, communicated clearly, and demonstrated a level of maturity and confidence well beyond her years. It was obvious that she not only knows her job inside and out, but also takes pride in doing it well. Equally noticeable was the respect she showed her team. She interacted with her coworkers professionally and positively, creating the kind of environment that customers immediately notice and appreciate. Strong leaders don't just manage people—they elevate the entire team, and Leanne clearly does that. Another thing that stood out was the complete absence of high-pressure sales tactics. There was no overselling, no unnecessary upselling, and no attempt to push services I didn't need. Instead, she focused on providing honest information, making recommendations when appropriate, and ensuring the entire process was easy, efficient, and stress-free. Valvoline should be proud to have employees like Leanne representing the company. She is exactly the type of manager who builds customer loyalty, earns repeat business, and enhances the reputation of the brand. I hope her supervisors and corporate leadership take notice because she is doing an outstanding job and deserves recognition for it.
