Because of the positive experiences that I have had at Valvoline, If I see one at an unfamiliar place, it makes me feel at home. Whenever I need an oil change, my light brakes, my windshield wipers don’t work, I need antifreeze - I think about my next fabulous trip at Valvoline.

They took the time to explain every step of the process, went over the different services and discounts, and helped me decide what was actually necessary for my vehicle without making me feel pressured. They also explained everything to me clearly in both English and Spanish, which I really appreciated. I ended up replacing a few things, including the air filter, which I felt was appropriate for my vehicle based on their explanation. I really appreciate their honesty, patience, and excellent customer service. Great experience from start to finish! I definitely recommend this Valvoline location.

Kathy was incredibly helpful and still took the time to check everything, explain what she found, and give me helpful advice. I really appreciated that I never felt rushed, even though I came in so close to closing. Great customer service, and a huge thank you to Kathy for taking care of me!

I don’t know exactly what happened this time, but the employees were all topping me off as usual and changing the oil. When I drove away, my AC started acting up throughout the day. I thought it was strange but given the fact that they only topped me off it definitely seemed off. I dont know what error happened. I took it to usual my usual mechanic and am being told that it looks like a human error and not any wear and tear so I am left paying to have it fixed ($850).This was the only time this cars hood was opened. Truly, nervous to ever bring it back.

They explained what they were doing and sold me on the middle tier oil. They also had friendly conversations while I waited. It felt like I went to my friends valvoline and got the homie hookup (discount I found online lol.) I will always come back to this valvoline and recommend to friends.
