  Terrible. I had to drop off my car to body shop for repair. Enterprise in North Hollywood has deal with various car repair shops, whereby you can rent loaner from them. I was told I would be picked up from car repair shop to take me to Enterprise. waited 1 hour for pick up to go less then 2 miles away. When I got to Enterprise , multitude of people waiting, last minute reservations from other repair shop. OK , I waited, I noticed other customers were being charge $100 security deposit. Eventhough I had a reservation # from my repair shop I was charge $300 deposit, and charged fully for the full term of the rental car, $600 plus. They would not accept my Credit Card from Google Wallet, I was told I needed a physical card. I wanted to use my Credit card as I get award points and liability is covered. I had to use my debit card. The car they gave me would not accelerate and would go to 8RPMs when trying to accelerate. When I got home and checked my checking account I saw I was charged for security deposit and full term of rental (5 days) but this was day 1 of rental. I called and immediately cancelled and returned the car on the same day as pick up. I understood I would be charged for one day rental. I never received return rental receipt, I was shown on the agent's tablet at time of return mu charge of $ 54 and credit of Approximately $553. This was on a Friday. Tuesday I have not received Credit and no email receipt. I got a email immediately when they charge my debit card but none for the credit! Upon Checking the Website, it says when using a debit card can take up to 20 Business days to received credit! What kind of BS is that!!!! Also when I returned the car 1 hour after picking it up, the Manager , Jenny took me outside and offered to only charge me $100 security deposit, and told my I could tap my card on her tablet. What a waste of 4 hours times and now my checking account is debited $600+ and I have to wait 20 days to get that $ back, They were quick to take my $. Do not Rent from Enterprise, unless your insurance company or the Repair Shop is paying them directly.

  Easy transaction and good daily rate for insurance claim. They have variety of cars.

  I’m usually rent at Enterprise and the experience is great. This time, not at all unfortunately. The vehicle that I rented was not acceptable to be on the road. The radio didn’t work and the vehicle sensors were doing weird things. I didn’t have time to exchange it, otherwise I would’ve immediately.

  What a great staff. Very helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable. Great selection of vehicles and very affordable. Looking forward to my next rental.
