  I had such a great experience with Ryan G. at AutoZone and genuinely can’t thank him enough. My car battery needed to be replaced, but on top of that, one of the terminals was badly corroded. Ryan went above and beyond to help me, spending nearly an hour outside in the hot sun making sure everything was fixed properly and safely. What really stood out to me was his patience, work ethic, and willingness to help without making me feel rushed or stressed. He took the time to explain what he was doing, replaced the corroded terminal, and made sure my car was running perfectly before I left. It’s rare to come across customer service like that these days. Ryan’s kindness and dedication truly made a stressful situation so much easier, and I’m incredibly appreciative of all his help. AutoZone is lucky to have someone like him on their team!

  I was in a crisis. I came in with a ridiculous request. I needed 12 universal relays. I honestly thought I was going to be told to leave. Then Ryan happened. This guy is a freaking machine. He not only helped me find the relay I needed but help me source them from every AutoZone close by. He’s a hero. Give him a raise.

  I am a frequent customer at this store, and the staff here has always been helpful, friendly, and polite. But today’s situation was absolutely awful. My husband works as a mechanic, but he does not speak English very well. However, we have never had any misunderstandings or problems when buying parts at this store before. Today, one of the employees named Ryan was extremely rude. He was literally being disrespectful to my husband, rolling his eyes, and repeatedly saying “OH MY GOD WHAT DO YOU WANT,” even though my husband was clearly pointing at the screen and showing exactly which filter and quantity he needed. This kind of treatment toward a customer is absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. Ryan was also rude when my husband declined to purchase the warranty on the brake pads. The whole interaction was terrible. It is very disappointing that because of employees like this, customers are left with such a negative impression of the store and no longer want to come back.

  Привет, ребята. Знаете чему не учат в автошколах - что делать если уже проблема? Как избежать я в курсе, но шины прочнее не стали)) я покупала домкрат, а получила еще и урок пользования бесплатно 🤩 в общем, ищите Габи и Джио, они просто супер!!! Им точно хватает терпения объяснить блондинке как сменить колесо и быстро подобрать все необходимое 👍🏻 10 звезд, вы лучшие!!!!

  I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Lucy, the store manager, greeted me with a warm, friendly demeanor & exceptional knowledge & efficiency in answering my questions re my car problems. Ryan G. was the Tech who took care of my car’s woes. He, too, was exceptional in his knowledge, hard working time-efficiency, courteous and caring manner, and efficient in troubleshooting the problems. He took time to re-check his work to make certain that everything he’d done was in perfect order and working perfectly. Thank you, Lucy and Ryan, for your exceptional technical and customer care. Much appreciation to you both!
