  every employee I spoke to was extremely helpful and willing to help me get my situation fixed. Definitely would recommend this AutoZone to anyone looking for fast, friendly efficient help. Especially Geo, he was the main employee helping me and he was a great worker and very knowledgeable

  Went in needing help with something for my tires but I didn’t know the name just the description & Nathan helped me and knew exactly what I was talking about without making me feel dumb. I appreciated it alot.

  Refused to let us into the store worst customer service ever , and we drove very far from lake bulboa , she did not care. The store was not closed when we came to the door. Poor leadership will destroy a major corporation like this that has been around for decades. We going to O Reillys instead they would never refuse our service.

  I stopped by AutoZone because one of my brake lights was out and I needed to buy the tools and parts to fix it. Tiffany went completely above and beyond. Not only did she help me find what I needed, but she actually came outside and helped me figure everything out. What impressed me most was her willingness to get her hands dirty and help without hesitation. She was knowledgeable, patient, and provided the kind of customer service that is hard to find these days. Honestly, I was surprised because another employee wasn’t able to assist me, but Tiffany stepped right in and got the job done. As a woman, it was refreshing to see another woman so confident, capable, and willing to help with something auto related. She turned what could have been a frustrating experience into an easy one. AutoZone is lucky to have Tiffany on their team. Thank you again for your kindness, professionalism, and outstanding customer service!

  Melvin S. at the AutoZone on 6030 Lankershim Blvd. is absolutely outstanding! I don't usually write reviews, but I had to make an exception for him. When I say he is one of the best and most helpful AutoZone employees I've ever encountered, I truly mean it. His customer service was exceptional, and he went above and beyond to help me diagnose issues with my vehicle and engine and prevented me from getting a tow!! He spent over an hour assisting me outside in 90-degree heat without hesitation. His knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to help were second to none. Employees like Melvin are hard to find these days. He deserves a raise and recognition for the incredible work he does. Thank you again, Melvin, for all your help…….you truly made a stressful situation much easier!
