  I've been servicing my Volvo at Galpin for years, and it's been interesting to watch the dealership evolve over that time. Most recently, Volvo's dealership and service center moved down the street into a beautiful new facility. I typically wait while my car is being serviced, and Galpin makes that easy. The waiting area is comfortable, the Wi-Fi is reliable, and the new FIKA Kafé is a nice touch. I used to enjoy having Starbucks at the old location, but the espresso drinks here are exceptionally good. The service experience has also become more transparent. You now receive a video from the technician explaining any findings and recommendations, along with a text message containing your updated quote. During my most recent visit, the technician recommended replacing one of my front tires due to unusual wear. After reviewing the video and inspection results, I decided to replace both front tires since they were wearing faster than the rears. This was actually the first time I've requested more work than was recommended. I appreciated being given clear information and options without any pressure. I plan to keep my XC40 for a few more years. It was one of the first 2019 XC40s sold by Galpin when the model was released, and with only 40,000 miles on it, it's still running like new. Will I be back? Absolutely. Galpin makes servicing easy, and the technology they've added to the process is a big improvement.

  Galpin has consistently provided exceptional service since 1992. It would be challenging to identify any areas for improvement. The sales team, service advisors, and technical staff have all demonstrated outstanding professionalism.

  I had a great experience purchasing my Volvo XC90 at Galpin Volvo, thanks to Andrew Krikorian. From day one, he was courteous, knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly helpful. I purchased a slightly used vehicle that had a few minor items that needed attention, and Andrew made sure everything was taken care of promptly and professionally. He even gave me his personal phone number, and whenever I had a question, he responded right away. Communication was always easy and seamless. Excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale. I highly recommend Andrew to anyone looking for a Volvo!

  Sat here for 15 minutes waiting for anyone to help me. no one even said a word. Couldn’t find and receptionist or sales staff. Coffee bar was busy though so I guess they have their priorities.

  My experience with Galpin Volvo has been very pleasant and refreshing to say the least. My salesman is Sam. I tasked Sam with finding a gently use Volvo xc60 for my wife. Sam found our car, called me, and consequently I bought the car. Sam made sure that our needs were met with integrity. My wife & I are very happy with our experience with Galpin Volvo thanks to Sam. Special thanks to the finance manager as well as the maintenance department.
