  I had an excellent experience at the Valvoline in Norco, IH0025, on July 3, 2026, at approximately 9:15 a.m. Christian Pendilla, Leni Bonorris, and Benard Martinez provided outstanding customer service. They were professional, respectful, efficient, and made the entire visit smooth from start to finish. There was no wait early in the morning, and the team worked quickly while still being courteous and attentive. This location is definitely worth the drive, and I truly appreciate the positive service experience. I highly recommend this Norco Valvoline location.

  This location in Norco has given me great service. When I pull up in the morning, the Valvoline team has been consistent with their service. The team calls out what they are doing. They inform me of services needed to make an informed choice on what needs topping off, something needing to be replaced, all with efficiency to get me on my way. It's like an average persons pit stop with a professional racecar pit crew.

  I love coming here because they always get me in and out super quick. The whole team is friendly and respectful and they always do a great job of explaining the service recommendations. They don’t try to scare or pressure you into making a purchase. Chad helped me today and he was fantastic! Great customer service all around. I highly recommend.

  Excellent service! The staff was very friendly and professional. My English is limited, but they used a translation app to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood before starting. They confirmed the correct 0W-8 oil for my 2025 Camry Hybrid and never pressured me to buy extra services. The whole process was fast, easy, and I stayed in my car the entire time. I really appreciate their patience and great customer service. Highly recommend!

  I want to thank Chad, Christian, and Marcos very much for their service today. Chad worked underneath my car, Christian assisted at the computer, and Marcos worked underneath the hood. I was able to speak with Christian and Marcos throughout my whole experience at Valvoline. They explained to me what I needed when I came in for my oil change. I also received another service, which was nice because I always want to ensure my vehicle is well cared for. They were attentive, friendly, and my service did not take long. Thank you very much. I will see you next time!
