This review has NOTHING to do with the gentleman behind the counter or the mechanic who worked on my car Saturday....the guy behind the counter was personable and according to who I spoke with Charles the mechanic knows his job....I hope they are right......

Ralph was a true blessing. He was polite and professional. Even though their shop was busy, he took the time to schedule an appointment within 30 min of my tire blown. With the professionalism that I received from Ralph, I would definitely choose Tire Choice Auto Service Centers. They have many locations to choose from.

I had an issue with my tires from a previous tire patch and the workers here were so efficient and quick to resolve the issue. Definitely coming back to get my car done here for future issues.

Believe the reviews when you read them. After weeks of searching I decided to go with tire choice due to the pricing and warranty of the tires. When I booked online and was called to confirm I was given a total. When the time came to pick up my car, I was given a completely different total almost $300 more than what my email confirmation had given me. Come to find out, they DO NOT offer ANY type of warranty unless you purchase the road hazard from them. No tire balance, no flat fix, nothing! I wish this information had been provided to me prior to dropping my car and I would’ve avoided going there all around. They were able to get me back down to my original price I had been quoted but the fact that there is absolutely no mention of road hazard warranty online or when I spoke to him prior to dropping my car since I waited for the tires to come in, is wild to me. There were many missed opportunities to bring that up or at least give your customers the heads up that warranty would not be included online is wrong. Avoid this place if you can. Definitely not going back.

Driving to my daughter’s game, my Skid Plate half fell off. I didn’t even know that could happen. From the recommendation of a friend, I immediately drove it to Tire Choice and Seth helped me out. He located one in stock and had it installed the next day. He was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I’m thankful to have found a reliable mechanic so close to my house.
