  Mr Shannon was so very nice , I felt so comfortable and he was well spoken and so very very polite and positive. He offered me water and very lovely conversation, I really wish I lived in area I would so tell everyone , on the amazing service I was given. Its was so very nice to meet you Mr Shannon, ty for helping me with my nail in my tire. Being a southern belle , it hard to find such amazing people as yall. Love and hugs Vivian

  I had a visit today to Tire choice and it was an absolute amazing visit, I went to repair a tire and get a quote for tire replacement, the front desk gentleman was very helpful, knowledgeable and with great customer service, apparently they would check for the brakes, fluids etc… with every tire service/repair which I was not aware of but I appreciate the service, definitely will do all tire service/purchase through tire choice since other places on Norco are not customer friendly or professional Special thank you for the front office personnel!

  Stay away from this shop! On Saturday evening, my mom stopped by this tire shop. While washing her car, she had noticed a nail in the tread of one of her tires. Even though the tire pressure sensor wasn’t showing any warning, she decided to come in to have the nail removed and the tire repaired if needed. The nail was in the tread, not the sidewall. The employee came out, took a quick look, and immediately declared that the tire couldn’t be repaired and that she’d need to buy a new one. My mom called me — I had seen the photo and tried to explain that it was just a nail in the tread, which is a repairable spot. But the employee told me the same thing: that this tire couldn’t be fixed. That’s when I realized they were simply trying to scam us into buying a new tire. I found another shop nearby. My mom drove over, and the mechanic there pried the nail out with a screwdriver — turns out it was so short it hadn’t even punctured the tire. The tire didn’t need a new replacement, or even a repair. So they flat-out tried to rip us off and pressure us into buying a new tire when ours wasn’t even damaged. Stay away from this place — they don’t do honest business.
