  ONE STAR — I strongly recommend avoiding this shop. I came here because they advertised a free alignment check. After checking my vehicle, they told me that it had an alignment problem and tried to sell me an alignment service costing more than $100. I explained that I did not have enough time that day and would schedule it for another time. As soon as I declined the service, the employee’s attitude and facial expression immediately changed, as if he had expected me to agree and was unhappy that I did not. A few weeks later, my car would not start because the battery was completely dead and could not be recharged. This was extremely suspicious because I had replaced my battery only last year. When I opened the hood and inspected it, I discovered that the battery in my vehicle was not the battery I remembered having—it appeared that it had been replaced with an old, defective battery. This happened after my vehicle had been in this shop’s possession, and I have serious concerns about what may have occurred while it was there. I cannot prove exactly when or by whom the battery was changed, but based on the timing and circumstances, I believe this situation deserves a full investigation. I would strongly encourage management to preserve and review any available surveillance footage and service records from the date of my visit. Because the car could not start, I had to arrange towing and purchase another battery. The entire situation cost me approximately $500, not to mention the time, stress, and inconvenience. A “free inspection” should not leave a customer worried that something may have been done to their vehicle after they declined an expensive service. I feel completely betrayed and no longer trust this business. I will never bring my vehicle here again, and I strongly advise other customers to document the condition, brand, serial number, and date code of every part in their vehicle before leaving it with this shop. This was one of the most disturbing and unacceptable automotive service experiences I have ever had. I expect a clear explanation from management.

  Tire Choice took away road hazard without informing on multiple personal vehicles along with also throwing away personally purchased Cadillac valve stem caps then proceeded to tell me that my caps "wouldn't fit" their valve stems. (The newly purchased same exact caps fit) I personally would not recommend this place after multiple times being lied to!!!! Tire Choice has lost a customer of 4 years!

  Mr Shannon was so very nice , I felt so comfortable and he was well spoken and so very very polite and positive. He offered me water and very lovely conversation, I really wish I lived in area I would so tell everyone , on the amazing service I was given. Its was so very nice to meet you Mr Shannon, ty for helping me with my nail in my tire. Being a southern belle , it hard to find such amazing people as yall. Love and hugs Vivian
