  Well for starters it was a hot day and it was nice a cool in the waiting area/ office!! Ralph took the time to show me a few different options and seemed to be very knowledgeable! He is a mater at his craft and the installers did an excellent job! It was just a really great experience and I would recommend Mountian Tire to anyone looking to put shoes on on their vehicles! It is just tires done right! I am very happy with the battery I picked up also! Thanks Ralph!

  Finished a set of four tires in less than three hours for a walk-in. I am now ready for work. Other places said I had to wait three days for the tires to arrive. Mountain View was 50 dollars more, but I got fast friendly service.

  To tell you the truth I really don't have a great experience when I go to Mountain View. I must say 12 years ago I've never had issues. Great prices and friendly services. I noticed a change with in the last 7 years or so. From managers on down, they are rude! I have noticed that they treat the Caucasian community a little better. This week I brought in two of my cars (I have 4) back to back. Tuesday May 24th there was a gentleman there I forgot his name (tall Hispanic with glasses) he was super nice! He even researched the parts and pricing for my second car I was bringing in. Brought my second car in on May 25th, hoping to see the same guy. Instead there was Ralph, no smile non-welcoming just a dry-stoic "What can I do for you?" I have already gotten the price for the parts with the other guy the day prior. Ralph later calls me to tell me how much my car will be and he quoted me 1k for parts! When the parts were to be $300. After I told him I've looked up the prices before coming and with the gentleman there the day before. Then he said, "Oh yes, I see the parts for $150 each. I feel he didn't know I knew better and tried to up charge me. I stopped going to Mountain View in Norco and Corona for the reasons I stated prior. May 26th I needed work done on my other car I just took it back to my shop that I've been going to. Also I thought that at Mountain View if you get a inspection for $124 and you choose to get your car fixed there they take off that fee or put it towards your bill. A lot of places do that. Instead, the $124 was added on top of all the other charges. I gave Mountain View another chance after 3 years. Once again, still dissatisfied. I won't be back.
