Let me tell you. I used to go to Mountain View in Corona but the service and self-righteous attitude from the store manager Stephanie made me want to never buy another tire from mountain view. I decided to give it one more chance and drive to Norco Mountain View to see how that store was. Gerardo Camacho the store manager was great. Polite, professional, and knowledgeable. The service I received was Exceptional. The tire sensor service I received only took 1.5 hours and the car and my tires are perfect. If anyone is going to the corona store, you need to check out the Norco store and see Gerardo. Trust me you will love it. I've been in the automotive industry for 20 year as a manger and technician. This is my store now, and has restored my confidence in Mountain View tire. I've recommended Mountain View tire to many many people because of my background in automotive people are always asking me for advise. Thank you Gerardo, Mountain View is lucky to have you. I found Mountain View Tire after my battery died and the AAA Tech recommended I get my Alternator checked. Ralph got me in immediately to have it checked and it was in fact my Alternator. He was prompt and friendly. I had no idea that this shop did all mechanic work. I thought they only did tires. I’m thankful I found a trustworthy location close to my house for future needs.

I was a longtime customer, but after my last experience I won’t be returning. I came in because I had a flat tire. I was initially told I only needed two new tires, but the wrong two were replaced and my original tires were thrown away. Later, I was told I actually needed all four tires replaced. The whole situation was frustrating, confusing, and handled very poorly. Since then, I’ve switched to Les Schwab down the street, and the service has been night and day. They’re professional, honest, and have taken much better care of me. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this shop based on my experience.
