  Sixt erroneously & falsely sent me to collections after I disputed the charge of my bank after the BRANCH MANAGER Brian Hobson promised to the process a refund, after our rental car had NO HEAT in freezing temperatures. We even returned the car early, and also paid out of pocket for a flat tire, that occurred 20 minutes within picking up the rental. Now I have been erroneously sent to collections after getting no response after many emails and calls promising resolution from SIXT and receiving only auto generated emails from them saying it's still under review. While awaiting the promised refund, they only ever sent a $100 credit to use on the future booking in both cases of rental trips between January and February that we rented with them (the second time to give another chance for the first failure). This was our second BMW booking that had issues throughout on the entire duration of the trips. Branch manager Brian at Newport & I had multiple phone calls. He stated that the malfunctions we experienced was due to a recent software update to ALL of the BMWs in the FLEET, which CAUSED the nonfunctional HVAC, which left us driving while having to wear ski gear in below freezing temperatures, during our 3 day road trip to Northern California in the snow, where you could literally see your breath from inside the car. Not only was no refund ever processed for either trip, but I disputed it with my bank. My bank to this day says that SIXT never responded. Sixt has now sent me to collections through an agency called TSI. For somebody who has perfect credit, never misses payments or pays late on anything, to think SIXT would affect my perfect financial record in any way as a 31 year old, is devastating. Sixt continues to leave my emails and case pending, refuses to get back to me despite calling all week a& emailing for months, after sending videos & pictures with timestamps, etc, as well as receipts for reimbursement for the flat tire, etc. Can someone please get back to me, recall the collections, and process both refunds immediately?

  I had an incredible experience at the Newport Beach location thanks to Brian and Andrew. Their customer service went far above and beyond anything I expected. I had been dropped off to pick up my rental vehicle and realized I didn’t have my license with me. Brian didn’t hesitate to help he personally drove me back to where I was staying so I could retrieve it. That level of kindness and professionalism completely turned around what could have been a very stressful situation. On top of that, Brian was extremely helpful in finding the best size vehicle for my needs since I needed it for our wedding week and transportation for family. I was running late and feeling overwhelmed, but he stayed calm, reassuring, and genuinely cared about helping me. Andrew was also fantastic throughout the process and made everything smooth and easy. This was some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. I will definitely rent from them again the next time I’m in town. Highly recommend this location thank you again Brian and Andrew for making such a stressful day so much easier!

  I had a great experience renting from Sixt today, and I especially want to thank Terrell and Andrew for all their help. They were both professional, patient, and genuinely friendly throughout the whole process. They made everything smooth and easy, explained things clearly, and made the rental experience much less stressful. It is not always easy to find people who are both efficient and truly willing to help, so I really appreciate their service. Thanks again to Terrell and Andrew for making this such a positive experience.

  I had an excellent experience with this rental car location. The staff was incredibly nice, friendly, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. They made sure all my needs were taken care of and answered every question with patience and professionalism. The process was quick and efficient—they got me in and out without any hassle, which I truly appreciated. If you're a local, this is a great spot because you don’t have to deal with the chaos and long lines at the airport. It made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.   I rent cars from sixt all over the country. This is the best location by far. Andrew went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and was very personable. Whenever im in the area I will always rent from this location!!
