- TNThaibinh NguyenJul 26, 20195.0Had a great experience here. The assistant manager Maria has exceptional customer service skills. She was friendly and professional 100% and from what I saw, treated ALL her customers with respect and a very busy day. The driver, Adenasia, who drove me from the dealership to Enterprise was friendly and professional as well. I would recommend this Enterprise location. Excellent customer service!
- MDMarisela DelgadoMay 2, 20195.0I was in Irvine for work training. I originally got a pickup as a loaner but the right side mirror did not work. Will was very apologetic and I got a 2019 Dodge Charger as a loaner instead- nice! Tony made sure I was taken care of as well. The staff are incredibly friendly & really care about their customers. If I’m ever back in the Newport area, I’m definitely renting through these guys. I also need to get myself a credit card if I want a Mercedes loaner 😉 thank you Will & Tony for everything!
