The larger car I requested wasn’t immediately ready, so without hesitation the manager asked one of his associates to look up the location of the next available unit. It happened to be in a remote lot. One of the team members was dispatched to retrieve the vehicle, and it was cleaned and prepped so quickly that I was amazed to be on my way in the exact vehicle I requested without an extensive wait time. The customer service is why I prefer Enterprise, and this experience solidified my preference.
