    When I showed up, there was a sign on the door saying it was closed from 10:30-11:30, but by 12:25, no one had showed up so I ended up canceling my reservation. Would not recommend. Three other people also came and left while we were there. If the location is closed, don’t let people book at this location online.

    Took my BMW for service at the BMW service center located next door to that enterprise . The BMW place was running out of looner cars to drive until my car service is done .so they sent me to that place to pick up a car free of charge . I did and after I got a call from the BMW that my car service has been completed I went dropped off the enterprise vehicle they took the key and told me you are good to go. A month later I receive my credit card statement (that they kept on file at enterprise ) and there us a charge of $114 Contacted sterling BMW to see what that charge for they told me they put insurance on the vehicle and this is the amount for the period that u used the car.. When I signed up to take the vehicle I thought it's just a signature for taking the car not for the insurance . When I dropped off the car someone tool the key from me and told me (you are good to go) never mentioned any coming charges .. Be more aware of that place and don't get ripped off.
